Great place
The place looks clean, everything was great, the staff was really kind, but it was a little bit harder to sleep, because of the noises, but overall it was great.

Aggressive owners, noisy rooms
The stay here was terrible. The room had an ant problem - there was an active nest and there were ants everywhere, especially on the bed and on the curtains.
I approached the reception to complain, asking if they have another room for me to sleep in. The woman in the reception rolled her eyes and called the proprietress.
The proprietress gave me a very aggressive response, which left me in shock: she said that what I am saying can't be true because "a thousand people already stayed in this room and hadn't had any problems", without even checking the room first. She also said that if I am not satisfied with the room, I should go and find a room in a luxury hotel.
I didn't know how to react, because I was never treated so aggressively in a place of business. Later that day, the owner arrived to the room with an ant spray. He sprayed the nest, and left the room with a wall full of dead ants, and a still semi-active nest. The owner's son then came by to the room, and said that they only have one more available room, but since it's bigger than my current one, they will charge me the full price of the bigger room if they let me move there.
I had already paid in advance for four additional nights, but I requested to check out because I was not willing to sleep in a room full of ants, and because I did not feel safe there anymore, due to the proprietress' behavior. They did not offer to reimburse the money I paid for the four additional nights.

Perfect for short stay
I read many good and bad reviews here, but recently they must have changed a lot, as now they have a nice pool in the yard, the rooms are clean and nice, the price is very cheap and we didn't have any problem with the service too. Very good location, 200m walk from the center of Szeged.

Nice
It is a nice place where you can stay if you travel to Szeged. It is a few minutes from the center of the town. The rooms are large, clean. It is WiFi, TV , fridge in which room. The staff is kind. It is very good for a family.

Great location, nice accomodation and horrible customer service
The accommodation is nice and clean, but the customer does not get everything that is advertised. I had some problems in communication via telephone (for some reason the phone listed on the website and on facebook couldn't be reached from Bosnia). We had to wait upon arrival for one room to be ready for us to enter (around 30 minutes). When we came to the reception the next day to inquire about the internet connection, a very rude host (a woman in her 40’s or 50’s) was yelling at us and pointing towards the sign that stated something like: "Don't bother us. The reception is not working. Hungarian speaking staff only." Although wifi is advertised, we couldn't connect to it for the most of the time we stayed. We decided to leave one day early although we paid in advance. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at Mosoly apartman. Very unpleasant experience.
