With small swabs quite recommended

The house is already very old (dark furniture etc...), but very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, polite and attentive, the half-board dinner, but also the breakfast are served buffet style and are tasty and rich. The bathing area is also clean and spacious, there is a textile-free and a textile-free small sauna, which unfortunately are infused exclusively by the employees without any apparent plan - we have not seen or experienced such an infusion. Weak points are the three central elevators of the hotel, of which usually only two work and cause traffic jams during heavy load times. Parking in front of the house is currently very limited, apparently an underground parking garage is currently being attached. TV is available in the room, as well as an (empty) fridge and a safe. The Wi-Fi works fine.

The hotel is our dates, room hasnt been cleaned 4 days out of 12 , the food could be improved.

Well-managed hotel and good array of food options for the half-board deal. the thermal hotel has a good selection of medical and wellness therapies and my 1-week stay was worth it.

We coming for treatment … But waiting for doctor 3 days .. Room was clean but with a lot of insects .. We talking about that this with reception and they explain that insects don’t do nothing …I was afraid that during night time it could come in the ear…The food was not so good and fresh .. Realy this is 3 stars””sanatorium “ for old people

Disappointment and Deflection

I have been a regular guest at this hotel for over 25 years, which is why I am particularly disappointed by my most recent experience. Over the course of one weekend, I spent only about 40 minutes twice in the outdoor pool, did not use any other water facilities, yet my brand-new premium swimsuit became noticeably discoloured. (Out of the three pieces, I wore only two, which makes the difference even more striking.) I reported the damage immediately on site and later again in writing, supported by photographs.
Although the hotel claimed to have investigated the matter, their reply essentially amounted to a complete denial of responsibility, without offering any meaningful solution. Such an attitude is especially disheartening for a guest who has chosen this place loyally for decades.

We are sorry to hear that your swimsuit became discolored during your last visit. We understand that this caused you inconvenience and we sincerely apologize if it affected your stay in any way. After your report we investigated the incident: we checked the pool water quality reports for the period in question, and all measured values were within the limits specified by law and operating standards. We did not receive any similar reports from other guests during the same period. In view of the above, we are unfortunately unable to offer any compensation or other form of redress. Nevertheless, we would like to assure you that the satisfaction of our guests is of paramount importance to us and we take all comments seriously.
