Overall the stay was great. The staff were really wonderful. Had an issue with original room and they were able to switch it with no problem. Knocking off one star cause the elevator stopped working one night and the AC stopped working the other.

We were disappointed when we walked into the reception as it, along with the other common spaces, was a bit hodge podge. However, the unit
(bedroom, kitchen living area) while simple, was clean and spacious. We have 2 complaints: 1. There was nowhere to hang anything in the room; and the staff really didn't consider for a nanosecond, adjusting the room price as we had only 2 people, not 2 people as planned and paid for.

Amazing stay - kept our lost purse safe.

We had an amazing stay at Amberlyn in Budapest! The rooms were clean and very large and the ladies at the reception were amazing hosts. We had an unfortunate incident where I forgot my purse with our passports in the room and the team at Amberlyn were amazing with communicating with us, keeping my purse and family USA passports safe, and helping us coordinate pickup. They were an excellent team and helped us in a very challenging situation. I totally recommend the Amberlyn Suites Hotel!

This is a great place for families, with ample storage, 1 1/2 bathrooms in our room, a kitchenette, and a nice sofa for an additional bed. It is close to a metro and tram station.

Good clean hotel

The location is good, not so central. Near to public transport, metro and cafe New York and a small mall. Good breakfast, clean spacious rooms.
