I would repeat it

We stayed for 4 nights with hotel + breakfast and I can only say that we are very happy with the treatment we received. The receptionists are charming. They always attended to us with a smile. The breakfast was very varied and the rooms were really very comfortable.. ours was a triple because we were with a 10-year-old child and we had plenty of space. We had an electric kettle in the room and various packets of coffee and tea, although we did not use it since breakfast was included. And a great detail was to surprise us in the room with three slices of cake and a bottle of white wine because it was my husband's birthday.. very good choice. I recommend it.

AVOID, BEWARE, AVOID!

On arrival, management was extremely hostile and verbally aggressive towards us. It took over an hour just to assign us a room, and reception refused to accept our booking details, claiming they did not work with our travel operator.
​Room & Hygiene Standards:
​The rooms had serious hygiene issues, including what appeared to be flea bites during our stay.
​Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night, causing severe disruption.
​Breakfast was extremely poor—stale food with fruit flies around the display. When my friends raised a concern about the food quality, the manager shouted at them in the dining area and told us to stay elsewhere.
​Police Involvement & Chargeback Win:
The situation escalated to the point where we had to call the local police at 2 AM due to the manager's refusal to return our security deposit and her aggressive demeanour.
​Upon returning to the UK, I had to dispute the withheld deposit through my bank. Visa officially ruled in my favour following a formal chargeback process. Furthermore, due to breaches regarding my Data Subject Access Request, formal reports have been lodged with data protection regulators (ICO and NAIH).
​Save yourself the stress, safety concerns, and financial trouble. Avoid this hotel.

Budpest fantastic, hotel poor experience. Breakfast is mainy made up of burnt pastrys, and a small amount of burnt eggs

Room tidy, but shower room well used and showing its age. Not all staff at the Hotel are friendly and helpful. Some could be quite rude.

Positive experience

We stayed at the Sixx Inn hotel on the weekend of May 1st and enjoyed it very much, friendly and helpful staff and very clean. It is located next to a metro stop and however public transport works very well.

The worst hotel in the world

The worst hotel I have ever had. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s a group of scammers — they demand a deposit in advance and then do everything they can not to return it. We had fully paid for breakfast, but since we had to leave the hotel at 6:50, we asked if we could at least get some coffee. They refused, saying breakfast starts at 7. The service is very uncivilized — the worst experience we’ve ever had anywhere.
