We have got 2 rooms. My room was perfect with only one exception that shower box doors was hard to close. My friend second room was having leaking air conditioner even it was off was loudly dripping water, very annoying experience. Same experience with shower box. When asked for compensation for sleep disturbance reception was quite rude with saying just we do not do compensations. Saying that your experience can differ pretty easy. But to my opinion it is worth the risk because of superb location and breakfast place just almost next door. Please fix aircon so others can only leave positive reviews.

Great hotel

On arrival you get clear instructions how to get to hotel and how to enter. It was central but still quite area. You had tv, micro, dishwasher, kettle in the room. I never use it but the fact it was there is great. Bathroom was ok. But I appreciated it was quite in the hall. I stayed on first floor. But no problems with sound as rooms windows is inside garden.
Only minus - homeless people outside. But the are harmless.

Excellent

Great! Perfect location, a stone's throw from one of the main squares, hub of several metro and bus lines. Close to the historic center and with several activities within walking distance. Area full of bars and shops. Clean, large and cozy room. Positive experience.

Clean and tidy, but noisy and a bit unfriendly

I’m always a fair reviewer…
The positives first… the apartment was clean and secure, the bathroom was OK but had a little mould on the tiles and it did look generally alright but a bit tired. The safe worked, TV worked and it was a base for getting about. The bed was nice and comfy.
The negatives. We were in a room at the front 101 and the front door slammed all night long. Not only that it was next to the stairs which were loud too. The code sent over was wrong, and no one was at reception to let us in. Eventually someone let us in who was a guest there, and some random person turned up and kinda glowered at us. After asking if she worked there the staff grumbled with dissatisfaction that we’d presumably upset her break and made calls to check we have a reservation. Eventually we got checked in. If you’re a late arrival at this hotel you might be left on the street!! Beware!!
Also they insist you leave the key with them when you go out. I know they have access to the room but still. Not sure you’d get it back!!
Overall not impressed. Good value, clean and relatively tidy, but bring ear plugs and don’t leave valuables out of the safe or take them with you. I would not book again.
