Room size was ok in general but when I had to open sofa bed and put baby crib yes a little bit tight. The room was clean enough but the interior was too old, I also noticed one spot moldy at carpet. Location was so fine, really close to bus station just few walks and pretty safe at night. Also close to a small shopping center. Breakfast was good. Parking was so big and nice

We arrived late at the hotel, but we were given an executive room, which was a lovely surprise! The room was excellent, and we were very happy with the upgrade and the warm welcome. A great start to our stay — thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel not in a central location but well served. Good services

Hotel not in a central location but well served. Good services. Strategic location near public transport stops. Very good cleanliness. Varied and abundant breakfast. Courteous staff
Pool too cold and often with rude people diving in without control. Outdated decor and bathroom in need of a refresh (quite old). Air conditioning not performing well.
These are minor issues; I would definitely stay at the property again.

may more white cheese and omelette. in sauna there is broken wooden seating and tiles. small pool and lots of kimderen

Attila in the Amy Bar was great

Good stay at this hotel for a few nights in Budapest. The room was clean and comfortable beds. The Rituals products in the bathroom are a good bonus with Novotel. The bathroom itself could have been a little cleaner, it was a little dusty. The gentleman who checked me in was really nice, attentive, and polite. The service from Attila on the bar was top notch- he was very kind and gave great service. He should be considered for promotion as his service was exemplary. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection and it wasn't too busy. Easy to get into town via the bus just near hotel or the tram. One of the other bartenders was a little grumpy and slow. Overall, a good hotel with good amenities such as the outside bar terrace to relax, pool and sauna, and most staff were friendly.
