Highly recommended accommodation in Balatonfüred - like a second home
The most impressed us was the outstanding hospitality of the hosts, they speak fluent German and not only prepare a very rich breakfast buffet, but are also available for recommendations (restaurants, excursion destinations, wineries in the area). The rooms are spacious, air conditioned, with private balcony and extremely clean. Rooms have a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle and crockery/cutlery. On the ground floor these are almost barrier-free, only two steps can be tackled. The shower was just as walkable, not quite at ground level, but only with a small heel. The mattresses are very comfortable (new and not too soft), we slept wonderfully. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, and you can also have breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Parking is available free of charge. The location is very quiet, yet the lake and numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Value for money is top and we would love to come back - it felt already at the 1. Visit (1 week in May 2025) like a second home.

Great place to stay, friendly service
4 of us stayed at Andrea Pansio in August 2017. Unfortunately we only had 1 night there. The rooms are clean and large. The service is great and decent breakfast. Kids loved the outside space and the pool. I ve been many times at Balaton and Balatonfured is probably the best town to stay for families around the lake. Wi-Fi and fridge in the room is a great bonus as well.

Small nice hotel
Nice large rooms. Clean and tidy.
Breakfast in separate building. Fresh baked goods , fresh vegetables and good selection of toppings.
10 minutes walk to the beach.
Nearby supermarked - approx 5 min walk.
Good value for money.
This is a wine region, but there is no information about it and hard to find wineries to visit.

Perfect place
The place was very nice and clean. It is a central so you can reach all the restaurants, shops and the Balaton lake. One more thing that it is just two minutes away from the train station.
The swimming pool of the place was clean but I didn't try it.

The pansio is about 15 minutes walk from the Lake Balaton. The gps gave us wrong position, so it was a little bit difficult to find. There is a small pool in the garden, it was clean.
The room was refurbished, very clean and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. As we spent there only one night, we didn't use the kitchen. There was air-conditioner in the room, so we didn't have to suffer from the heat. The all you can eat breakfast was served from 8 to 10 in the morning, with cooked meals (sausages, scrambled egg) and milk, yoghurt, three types of bread/roll, cold cuts (cheese, salami, ham) and vegetables, corn flakes. Coffee or tea were also served. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It's a good value for money, and perfect for one night. We would return, for sure.
