Nice views

Stayed one night. The place has an open layout (upon entry you can see straight through the main area, across the patio to the pool and ocean) with nice views of the pool and the ocean. However there is no beach access. There are 6 bedrooms available, and, as such, it can be a good deal to split the cost with a group. It was a set price for the first person and a smaller price per person for each other individual. The owner, Nico, was very nice and accommodating with getting some of us to the beach a short drive away, and with a flexible check out time. The rooms are pretty basic by US standards: bed, mosquito netting, tiled step in shower with toilet and sink and a painting propped against the wall. two of the three rooms that accommodated us had portable AC units. Along with the swimming pool they had a hammock (needs a wash), a raised deck overlooking the ocean, and a bar area. The included breakfast was delicious. The cook, Mika knows what she's doing. The bathroom in the room we stayed can see into the main area due to windows on the top half of the door, so we would have liked a cover of some sort over those windows. Expect at least one person to be on property during your stay. (Not sure if they live there or if they stay in case the guests have needs). We would stay here again.
