Charming boutique hotel in one of the safest areas in Guatemala City. The hotel offers modest accommodation, but with impeccable rooms. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. Customer service was excellent with friendly, polite and professional staff. The room included a traditional Guatemalan breakfast that was made specifically to your request.
The area doesn't offer a variety of restaurant, but there are some a few minutes walk, the biggest shopping mall of Central America is located 20 minutes away.

Lovely boutique hotel in one of the safests parts of town and minutes away from the airport. The room was impeccable and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean with a rain shower. I was really impressed by the customer service, everyone at the front desk was so attentive, welcoming, professional and polite.
I enjoyed the traditional Guatemalan breakfast.
This place is worthwhile.

Great place to stay at

Just checked out.
I was a little concerned about being a "hostel" at first but I can assure you there is no difference between this and a mid rated hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do speak English where other bigger hotels still struggle with communication.
The room was large and had a large walk out to a beautiful terrace.
Nothing to complain about, I fully recommend this place.

Good option in Zone 10

The best is the friendliness and attention of the staff, always attentive to help.
Breakfast is rich, it was somewhat repetitive, basically scrambled eggs every day, although the last morning the lady spoiled us with divorced eggs.
There are details in the rooms that could be better, for example the bathroom does not have a shelf to put accessories, the shower has a bathroom curtain, perhaps in the future they can invest in glass doors.
The area where the hotel is is somewhat lonely and there is not much to do nearby, although by Uber or Taxi it is close to restaurants, shops and Oakland Mall.
