Recommended

I liked the rooms, very good hygiene which is what one looks for.
But if they surprised me in anything, it is in the service at the restaurant

It can improve

The service in the restaurant area leaves much to be desired. Unfriendly staff, more interested in talking among themselves.
The rooms were quite good, comfortable, the front desk service was very good.
But the restaurant needs attention.

The breakfast was excellent, I did not have the chance to enjoy de pool sice I was on a bussiness trip, maybe next time.
The staff was very good!
The room excelent, the only thing is that the cleaning lady turned off my A/C when she made my room, and Chiquimula is extremly hot, so it takes more than 30 minutes to have a cool room

The rooms were awesome!! like the size of the rooms the high ceilings!! Decorated very nicely! The staff was very friendly!! everything was excellent!! Love it!
