Very Clean and very Friendly Staffs
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Wedding Stay at Hotel Tano!
Choosing Hotel Tano for our wedding stay was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, everything was smooth and hassle-free.
The room was incredibly spacious, which made it perfect for our wedding preparations. It comfortably accommodated our family and friends as they helped us get ready for our special day. After the celebration, my husband and I were able to enjoy a peaceful and intimate evening together.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens were fresh, clean, and inviting. I especially loved the bathroom with its relaxing bathtub. Having two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
The hospitality at Hotel Tano truly stood out. The Front Desk team welcomed us with warm smiles and a cheerful "Hafa Adai," making us feel right at home. The housekeeping staff were equally friendly and courteous, always greeting us whenever we crossed paths in the hallways or lobby.
We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, which allowed us to relax after the excitement of our wedding. The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the cabana was the perfect place to unwind. Parking was easy and convenient, and having a mini store in the lobby made it simple to pick up drinks and snacks whenever we needed them.

Unprofessional employees and stinky rooms
I had a business trip back in February and had awful experience. I had a severe headache due to the long flight. The lobby was quiet and only one woman speaking loudly talking to their employees at the front desk. Immediately checked-in to get a few rest before my meeting. Got to my room and it had a foul smell!!! The room was small, which was okay for night rest! But the beds were so hard to sleep on! The room was so hot! I went downstairs to cool off, and tried stopping a guy name Adrian, but he snubbed me and continue walking away looking irritated. Im guessing cause there were other irritated guest at the front, but regardless! I checked out and booked another hotel! Never again.

Room damage for kids dirts!
Billed room damage from dirty tower and sheets from our kids, not stains but cookie brownies dot spot! It was declared as room damage given we laudry our sheets from those kids dirts!

Very convinient close to many restaurant and nice room to stay so relaxing feels at home also adrian papa has a warm welcome to all of the guest and there's a complimentary food inside the room
