Beware!!!!! I stood outside in the sun for an hour knocking, ringing, asking neighbors and passers by for help or info. This was well within the check in time. I got there before four and gave up, melting, after 5. The app charged me for two people not one which I was hoping to fix but instead I paid for two for a room and got zero. The phone number, if you can find it brings you to a recording saying the number does not exist. I booked a room on another app so I paid for three beds. I’d like a refund, but who do I ask?

Run away!

Do not set foot in it! Unhealthy accommodation! Filled with rats! Poor neighborhood. Worst place to discover Guadeloupe. Full accommodation but the manager continues to rent the rooms! A thief! I don't recommend any more!

To flee

An inn in a deplorable state. We literally cohabited with the rats during our stay, they are so well used to the human presence that they no longer take the precaution of hiding and go to the rooms, a horror. A manager who manages nothing and does not answer the phone and who continues to take reservations while the hostel is full and leaves his guests on the street. To flee urgently!

Too bad the staff is not up to the job!

The 2 + of the Green Hotel: its location near the maritine station, and its terrace.
The - : incompetence of the staff - the lack of reception - does not answer calls, texts, emails or even the bell at the bottom of the building.
I had booked 2 overnight stays, in transit between Marie-Galante and Dominica. The first night I confirmed our second night, planned for the following week. 2 days later, I received an email confirming my cancellation! I desperately tried to reach them (tel, sms, emails....) to correct the problem, no answer! And the night we arrived, no one answered the phone or the bell! Fortunately a person staying there opened the door, and indicated where the "keeper" was hiding. We got heartily yelled at for disturbing him (he was on a video game that seemed exciting!), and he confirmed that there were no reservations in our name that night! When I put the paper confirmation under his nose, he still found us room in the dormitory, which was empty....It's a shame, because there would be way to make this place a nice and well placed place!

Beware scam!!!!!

To flee, thieves... like another family, we were cashed twice the price of the rooms (they took advantage of the fatigue of my husband after the trip from France to make him pay for the 2 rooms each separately specifying not to pick me up at the car....). As I realized I asked for a refund, the resident did not know how to do it and the boss assured us that he had proceeded with the refund. But nothing at all.... 280€ 1 night to 5 in a basic hostel in a not very safe area is theft, because we are tourists we take advantage of us, bravo the image you give of Guadeloupe! If I could I would have put 0 stars.
