Griechische Gastfreundschaft pur!
Wir haben das Apartment von Frau Dimitra Kyriazi über Booking.com gebucht. Die email Kommunikation vorher lieg ganz ok, aber telefonisch war alles top. Die Begrüßung und Einweisung war sehr sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken statt im hißen Hafen warten zu müssen. Das Apartment und ein Großteil der Möbel ist - glaube ich - noch aus den Neunzigern, aber an keiner Stelle wirkt es schäbig oder abgenutzt, wie ich es sonst in vielen Apartments/Rooms-to-Rent in Griechenland erlebe. Es ist zwar stilistisch alles etwas gemischt, aber in einer sehr sehr guten Verfassung. Besonders loben möchte ich, dass das ganze Apartment TIP TOP 100% sauber war und Dimitra während unserer Abwesenheit für noch mehr Sauberkeit sorgte. Darüber hinaus wurden wir mit hausgemachtem Wein und Marmelade begrüßt und zwischendurch mit Obst im Kühlschrank überrascht. Wahnsinn! Wir wurden sogar am Hafen vom Schwiegersohn abgeholt und von Dimitra persönlich wieder nach dem Check-Out hingebracht. Toll! Danke Dimitra für deine perfekte griechische Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden dich weiter empfehlen und wünschen dir weiterhin alles Gute! Efharisto!

Clean and cozy but too old for its price
The appartment has some good features but unfortunately it needs re innovation asap. The positive things about it is its view (it is not in front of the beach) to the sea. It has a wonderful balcony that you can stare at that sea and its space. The appartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (it has also 2 more beds in the living room. It is also clean and has a kitchen with a fridge things that are usefull especially when you travel with kids.Finally Mrs Dimitra is very helpfull and kind. Nevertheless the negatives are more and more important
1)It is very old. All the furniture are at least 30-40 years old, the same with the bathroom and the balcony doors. One day was raining and water come inside from the windows and was dripping on our heads (our bed was just beneath the window)
2)The beds are also very old and the mattresses are very hard and unconfortable. The same with the pillows. Sleep was veyr difficult for these reasons.
3)The external door was not meant to be external but rather internal and provided no safe locking
4)The windows had no window nets and if you combine this with the large mosquito problem that the place has, you can understand that it can be very annoying.
5) THe house has no big table (except the one in the balcony) in order to sit and eat.
6)The WiFI was really bad. We couldnt use it even for minor tasks

απολυτα λαθος επιλογη
εκτος απο ενα πολυ μικρό δωμάτιο το χειρότερο ήταν οτι δεν είχαμε καζανακι καθολη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. δεν παραπονέθηκαμε παρα δείξαμε την δυσαρεσκεια μας με το να στερεώνουμε το τηλέφωνο τους ντους για να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε. που σημαίνει ότι το είδαν και αδιαφόρησαν πληρως. και στο τέλος μας ζήτησαν και 2 ευρω επιπλέον για το φόρο.... το θεώρησα τη μέγιστη γυφτιά μιας και το δωμάτιο δεν προσέφερε τα βασικα.κατά τα άλλα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση χθες, σάπια ξύλινη πόρτα στο μπάνιο ! υπήρχαν στο νησι επιλογές καλύτερων δωματίων στα ίδια χρήματα.
στα θετικά μονο η καθαριότητα και το ζεστο νερο αργα τη νυχτα.

Πολύ κακό!
Σαν τοποθεσία τα δωμάτια ήταν μια χαρά. Βρίσκεται πάνω απο την παραλία Βότση και είναι ήσυχα. Ενώ από έξω το κτίριο φαίνεται καλοδιατηρημένο, τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ παλιά και θυμίζουν παλιό νοσοκομείο. Παλιά έπιπλα, μπάνιο χωρίς πλακάκι για το ντουζ, οπότε πρέπει να προσέχεις να μην κυλήσει το νερο στο δωμάτιο, εαν κάνουν τρια δωμάτια ταυτόχρονα μπάνιο δεν έχεις νερό, χωρίς σίτες. Γενικά πολύ παλιό. Χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Ωστόσο η κ. Δήμητρα στην είσοδο εξυπηρετικοτατη και γλυκύτατη.
