Pleasant experience

A day stay as a rest until our road trip to Macedonia. Excellent, old time classic, hotel. Clean, polite staff, with own parking. Good price in relation to quality. Very nice and with quality products careful breakfast. As a minus to add only soundproofing maybe. I will visit it again if it happens and stay at Volos.

Tiny parking lot, bad booking experience

I visited Volos for a day and decided to go to this hotel, here's my experience. I asked for a room with two single beds but they gave me a room with one single bed instead without informing us about the change. The parking lot was so tiny and miserable that at one point we decided to park outside because of how hard it was to park there. The room was fine. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the room overall was clean. My overall complaints are the parking lot and the booking.

Somehow this should be the hotel experience

This is exactly what you see in the photos and expect from such a hotel! Sufficiently luxurious, clean and well-maintained room, good (central, but locally controlled) air conditioning, underground places for parking, good and with a great variety of breakfast.
Many thanks to the staff, who exaggerated themselves to help us with our problem, and finally gave a solution! Cared for, polite and with sharp perception!
Overall, an excellent experience.

great hotel if you get the employee right on the good day

excellent Welcoming and excellent Service. the room excellent. shame for an employee in charge of the breakfast Service today August 16, 2025 who does not honor the education and for their early communication disservice at 6.30 instead of 7.00 kicks us out of the breakfast room and slams the door in my face saying that she had not been warned. I came out disappointed and stunned by the verbal violence to see us in the room at that time and without breakfast I had to do it in a nearby bar, criticizing the Italians. It ruins everything good a work crew does. the employer needs to know

Not one of my favorites.

The hotel was convenient to the train station and Hertz. It is on the edge of the lovely walkway along the sea. The beds were two singles pushed together, not very comfortable. It was clean and a bit dated. The breakfast was adequate.
