A bad experience
The service is tragically bad. They wrapped us in hot coffee and didn't ask for an apology.

Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τη διαμονή σας στο Kenta Mountain Hotel και για τον χρόνο που αφιερώσατε να μοιραστείτε την εμπειρία σας.
Θα θέλαμε να αναφέρουμε πως τα τετραγωνικά μέτρα κάθε δωματίου αναγράφονται αναλυτικά στις περιγραφές μας. Το δωμάτιο που επιλέξατε ανήκει στις μικρότερες κατηγορίες του ξενοδοχείου, ενώ διαθέτουμε και μεγαλύτερα Superior δωμάτια έως 25 τ.μ.
Σχετικά με το περιστατικό στο πρωινό, η συνεργάτιδά μας τραυματίστηκε στην προσπάθειά της να σας εξυπηρετήσει, καθώς ο ζεστός καφές έπεσε επάνω της για να σας προστατέψει και χρειάστηκε άμεσα να αποχωρήσει. Λυπηθήκαμε ιδιαίτερα που το συμβάν αναφέρθηκε αρνητικά στην κριτική σας, καθώς επρόκειτο για ένα ατυχές περιστατικό.
Ωστόσο, θεωρούμε πως σε μία τέτοια στιγμή προτεραιότητα θα έπρεπε να είναι η ανθρώπινη διάσταση του περιστατικού και η ανησυχία για την κατάσταση της εργαζομένης μας από εσάς....
Σεβόμαστε κάθε σχόλιο των επισκεπτών μας και τα λαμβάνουμε πάντα υπόψη με στόχο τη συνεχή βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών μας.

Nice, not for cold weather
Very nice outdoor seating, lovingly furnished gastrobar.
Room with very narrow square. Bathroom modern but very small. Shower partition too short - that
Water splashes everywhere.
Unfortunately, under our window was the heat pump for the whole hotel. Due to the low temperatures (up to 4 degrees at night), the heat pump worked all night. The noise level was considerable. Restful sleep was not possible!!!

We are pleased that you enjoyed our outdoor area and the atmosphere of our gastro bar. However, we are sorry that your stay was affected by the weather conditions, which also led to your earlier departure.
Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify that the room you selected features a spacious bathroom and its layout, views, and characteristics are clearly presented during the booking process.
Kenta Mountain Hotel is housed in a historic building dating back to 1830, one of the most notable properties in the area, which has been fully renovated and has been operating in its current form for the past two years. While we aim to preserve its authentic character, we continuously strive to provide modern comfort.
Concerning the heating system, due to the unusually low temperatures (down to 4°C at night), it operated continuously to maintain a warm and comfortable environment. We understand that this may have caused some inconvenience and we sincerely apologize.
Portaria, as a mountain destination, offers unique views and atmosphere, although access involves a scenic drive from Volos.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under more favorable conditions.
