Beautiful Island

Theo studios is a perfect location in the quieter end of the port with beautiful views and vibes. Good location to go to the local beaches within walking distance, which is why we chose SPETSES . Our room was everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, very clean, bright and airy and cleaned every two days. Spiros the owner and his family were so lovey and catered to all of our needs and gave us information and places to go on the island. The studios are a wonderful relaxed atmosphere but within all of the restaurants and amenities. We visited many restaurants and bars to mention but all were welcoming and friendly. Would recommend Spetes if you are in need of a totally chill out place.

Lovely accommodation!

Everything was great! Our studio was spacious, clean, comfortable and had plenty of storage. Tea, coffee, milk, cakes, croissants, juice, and water were supplied daily...also toiletries and mosquito tablets/machine. We had a lovely terrace which had a beautiful sea view. Spiros and the lady that did the housekeeping both do a fantastic job...thanks very much for everything!

Excellent accommodation!!!

We stayed at THEO studios for the first time in 2015 for participating at the Spetsathlon triathlon race and we were so very much satisfied that we did not question where we would stay when we decided to go again for the 2018 Spetsathlon. The first time my wife was pregnant and we stayed at a one-bedroom apartment and the second time we stayed with our 3years old child at the superior studio. We are so happy that we had found this - from every aspect - perfect place to stay. Thank you once more Mr Spyros!

Nice, quiet location

Nice, quiet location, not so close to the center of city (20 min.). Very clean room, very kind owner, they put water in the fridge (first day) and juice and some cake-everyday. Two kind of coffee-filter or kettle. Very spaceous and equipped room with everything. You have a small beach 10 min (to the right-to the city-Akrogialia-has also a taverna there), and another one, Kaiki Club Beach, very nice one, to Ligonery. I also recomand Vrellos Beach (with a bus, from Akrogiali). Very nice and high-life island, Spetses.
And an advice, to find easily the hotel : when you go from port to Ligoneri, on the left, is a street Timiou Prodromou. Here is the only place where is indicated "To the Theo Studios". You make left on this street, then, again to the left, and then you keep straight ahead over few crossroads, and finally find location on the left. Goggle map show you the position, but not very good, and there are only few streets named there.With luggages is better to take a cab!

Holiday

Stayed here for 10 nights, apartment was a sea view studio. Everything was perfect from how clean the room was to the morning and evening views. Mr Spyros looked after you by filling your fridge up daily with juice, water and nibbles. Will definately be back. Ps.. Spetses is an AMAZING ISLAND!!!
