Just the perfect place to stay in a great location to beaches and tavernas

Our second visit to Villa Karina. Will be returning without a doubt. Nikolas is such a lovely guy. Always happy to please. Clean rooms with regular fresh bedding, wonderful breakfast platters and amazing cocktails and drinks. Atmosphere is very tranquil.
Quality throughout for a truly Greek experience.

Great location, great place

Villa Carina was awesome. The rooms are new, renovated. It is a very quiet place and right next to the beach. Grocery store on the other side of the street and restaurants nearby. Nikos is an excellent guy, always helpful and available. Thank you for your accommodation!

A small oasis on Skiathos – guided with heart

I spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Karina and can highly recommend this place! Breakfast is varied, lovingly prepared – with the best coffee in the area! The room is modern, very clean and tastefully decorated, the whole complex is super well maintained and designed with love.
The location is ideal for discovering the island, as there is a bus stop right outside the door, a supermarket is opposite – and beaches, taverns and the old town are also within easy reach!
But I have to emphasize Niko as host: warm, helpful and always present. His nature creates a family atmosphere in which you immediately feel welcome. I would love to come back – and I am already looking forward to the next coffee! Thanks for everything

vielen herzlichen Dank für diese wunderbare Bewertung, sie bedeutet mir wirklich viel! Es freut mich sehr zu hören, dass du dich in der Villa Karina so wohlgefühlt hast und deine Zeit bei uns genießen konntest.
Besonders schön ist es für mich zu lesen, dass du nicht nur unsere Lage, das Frühstück und die Zimmer schätzt, sondern auch die Atmosphäre, die mir persönlich sehr am Herzen liegt. Genau dieses familiäre und offene Gefühl möchten wir unseren Gästen vermitteln – und es macht mich glücklich, wenn das auch so ankommt.
Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen und natürlich auf unseren nächsten Kaffee!

A beautiful gem

We have just returned from this beautiful Villa ( 6 family). What a wonderful host Nickolas was. The rooms are spotless also the grounds. The breakfast was presented beautiful like a 5 star Hotel. There are no negatives about this place we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yes the road is busy but you are on a very small Island with lots of tourists hiring cars etc. ( no reason to complain) The cleaning lady was excellent at keeping a clean establishment. Jan our little waitress from Paris was a little darling. We cannot wait to return in the near future. Thank you from the bottom of our ’s Lovely to meet the beautiful Elenor. They have a lovely little beer Garden / bar area open from 5-11 to the public.
Very reasonable prices too. Call in you won’t be disappointed.
