Lovely family run apartments❤️.
Lovely apartments, lovely family soula and christos and family. Stunning views from the pool. Had lovely meal at night in there restaurant. Such a lovely family. My mum and dad's favourite place they visited many times and still stay in touch with family. Getting Christmas cards with photos in every year.

Villa Emerald Diamond Kolios
We were the first guests to stay at the new 3 bedroom Villa Emerald Diamond, owned and run by Christos, Soula, & Family of the Skiathos Diamond. The 2 weeks we had there were excellent. 3 double bedrooms, 2 en suite and family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, air con, WiFi, outdoor bbq, outstanding infinity pool with fantastic views to the sea. Very comfortable outdoor sitting area with firepit, very comfortable sun loungers, outdoor hot & cold shower. Large dining table, all very high quality outdoor facilities. All very tastefully decorated to a very high standard. The lighting at night creates a lovely atmosphere. Onsite parking, with remote control security gates. 3 to 4 minute walk through a well lit road to Kolios Village & Skiathos Diamond apartments & taverna, supermarket, restaurants etc. In summary, we highly recommend Villa Emerald Diamond and will definitely be returning next year. Perfect in every way
We have stayed in many places on Greek islands, but this without doubt is absolutely amazing. The rooms, restaurant, pool area are all spotless. We ate here a few times during our visit and was never disappointed. Also breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
Kolios beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away from the apartment, where you will find a lovely peaceful area and the sea is easy to access.
Finally, and most importantly is the hospitality you receive at the Skiathos Diamond, the family.
Soula, Christos and the family are wonderful hosts, who genuinely care and look after you.
We don't normally revisit places very often as Greece has so many gems, but we will definitely be returning here.
Thank you to all the family for your hospitality during our holiday.
Kolios beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away from the apartment, where you will find a lovely peaceful area and the sea is easy to access.

Would definitely stay here again!
Lovely big, light apartments - with sofas, TV and coffee table rather than just a bed. The cleanliness was immaculate (as were the daily cleanings)
There’s a front and back balcony so ideal for those that love the sun or the shade. Every window and door has fly screens and shutters for optimal sleeping and darkness. Lovely views from the back meant even a morning indoors wasn’t wasted.
The pool and pool area are very clean and well maintained.
Good shower with good hot water, lovely towels (including pool towels) and nice complimentary products.
Kitchenette is well equipped and suited our self catering needs.
Wifi is good and very extensive - it worked on both balconies and even around the pool area and taverna.
There is AC but wasn’t needed during our stay in May
They had parking for ‘Zeus’ (our plucky little hire car)
Although the biggest draw here is Sula, Christos and George - this family couldn’t do enough for us. Whenever we told other people who lived on the island where we were staying, they always said how lovely the family are. They’re obviously well known for their hospitality!
There are many other restaurants and bars close by but the reasonably priced taverna downstairs was another big tick for us! Especially the meatballs!

A Perfect, Peaceful Stay in Kolios
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Skiathos Diamond Apartments. It’s a truly charming, family‑run place where the hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. Their warmth really sets the tone for the whole experience.
