All excellent, extreme kindness as well as helpfulness. Honest price and thorough cleaning.
Highly recommended, after so many years of traveling to Greece I think it is the best place I have been.
Book here without hesitation.

Polykratis rooms skiathos

I was 1 week at polykratis rooms in skiathos i realised my shoes was not here i asked my friend if they took it they told me no.... ibrealised today in the afternoon i think the cleaner of the room took my shoes

Excellent value for money.
Perfect location, very central in the town
Marianna, Zoi and Nina couldn't be more helpful if they tried.
Spotlessly clean
Everything we needed
Washing machine was a bonus
Great cake shop over the road
Would definitely stay again

Lovely place with fantastic host!

We arrived at this property after running away from a previously booked and greeted Marieta with extreme attention and sympathy.
The apartment was brand new, clean and spacious. With a nice space outside and all possible amenities.
It was perfect.

Fabulous apartments in Skiathos town

Beautiful apartments, well beyond the usual basic Greek apartments. Ours has a huge king size bed and also a sofa which pulls out to make a double bed with a proper mattress. The bathroom is superb with twin sinks and a multi function shower, which we make the most. Washing machine extremely useful for getting rid of sand and sunscreen. Spotlessly clean. Owners couldn’t be more helpful
