Beautiful

We arrived around 10:00 AM, the room was obviously not yet available, and they offered us breakfast since the buffet was still ongoing, and only afterwards, the welcome cocktail.
The complex is very large, clean like our room, not to mention the kindness of the entire staff (the spa attendant, where we changed to go to the beach, offered us two fresh mini towels), especially the guys at the Grace beach bar.
The breakfast buffet is very rich (pastries, vegetables, fruit, and Greek specialties), very international, a bottle of water served at the table + 2 in the room every day, 4 beaches, and a beach towel provided every day. Two beaches are accessed via a small staircase if you are staying in the main building, otherwise there are golf carts. The beach bars differed by 2/3 dishes, otherwise they had the same food, prices were average for the city or beach kiosks, excellent quality and almost generous portions.
In the bathroom, there are dispensers for shower gel/shampoo/conditioner of an excellent product on sale in the hotel boutique.
The sore point, and I am sorry to say, was the lack of attention to detail from the housekeeping department. The wall mirror in the bathroom was full of dust, and a splash of soap remained on the sink for 3 days until I removed it myself. They never refilled the cotton swabs and cotton pads until I left the container overturned on the last day. There are 4 pillows; the two not chosen remained on the armchair all week, but they should be repositioned during the tidying up.
These are small details that a 5-star hotel must pay attention to.
Would I return? Certainly, especially to see the swans that arrive from the sea again.

An unforgettable life experience

Our stay at the ELIVI Hotel was for us a lifetime experience.
The people at the hotel were extremely hospitable, polite and did everything to have a great time.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
We leave with the most beautiful memories and look forward to coming back soon.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location

Lovely hotel in a stunning location with some beautiful beaches and gorgeous restaurants for dinner. We stayed in a junior suite with whirlpool in the area behind big banana beach which we loved. Each morning we walked to breakfast at the main restaurant due to the stunning views. However it was here that we felt the lack of à la carte breakfast offer and the fact you had to get hot drinks yourself a little surprising and I don’t think we have been in another 5 star hotel that this was the case. The cold breakfast offer was delicious and varied though, the staff were all very helpful. Dinner in all of the hotel restaurants though was delicious and service excellent. The same with lunch at big banana. We loved the location of the hotel and the fact you could use the bus or water taxi which we did several times. The buggies were plentiful and the staff excellent even when a really bad storm hit on our last night there. We would recommend though if you like a quieter location.

Relaxing with beauty

Excellent hotel facilities, beautiful beaches—especially Grace Beach—and very good food.
The entire team was warm and welcoming. Angeliki and Chrysa from Client Relations always greeted us with a smile and handled every request with great efficiency. Both were very helpful and contributed greatly to making our stay so enjoyable.

One of our favourite places.

We absolutely loved our time at Elivi. Soso at the Kids Club was our sons highlight, alongside all the friendly staff who made our children feel so special. We can't recommend Elivi enough for a special family holiday catered to kids as well as adults.
