Lies a 15-20 minute brisk walk uphill from center. Connects well to beautiful dirt backrods and the monastery trail. Magnificent view over town. Nice service. Very quiet among pine trees.

Panorama for everyone
I stayed there 2 weeks in June.
Good value for money. I stayed in an apartment for 3 people on the second floor with a magnificent view of Skiathos town and sea. There is the essentials to make breakfast at the kitchen level. The bathroom despite being small, has a large shower, although with curtain. You can wash without flooding the part outside the shower tray. There is always hot water and no foam comes out of the bath cockpit (which is pleasant and rare in budget apartments in Greece!). Bed linen is changed daily, towels are changed every 3 days and rooms are cleaned daily. Excellent level of general cleanliness and well-kept outdoor environment.
The place is quiet, away from city chaos and city noise.
I recommend your own vehicle (car, scooter, etc...) to reach these "Studios".

Our stay at the property was very nice We would go again
Very beautiful location in the green excellent view beautiful and well-groomed garden The rooms are spacious and clean Our stay was pleasant and beautiful We would again go with my company there we would recommend it to our acquaintances.

Great choice for nice balcony with close city views
Great location, close to the country by car. The view of the masterpiece as it has panoramic view of the port.
Room spacious with many amenities.
Apart from the lack of a double bed, the air conditioner is weak and unfortunately there are no bedbugs but a curtain (the sun passes in the morning)

Very bad
Dirty and with a lot of smell the room.
Inside is not as in the photos does not reflect them at all.
Uncomfortable bed and pillow
I will never go back again the conditions were really bad something never seen before.
