Fabulous hotel
Lovely holiday. We stayed here for a week. We had a two bedroom apartment with private pool there was also another two single beds in the lounge. Aircon throughout. Beach towels and shower towels provided and changed every two days. Rooms cleaned every day. Lovely breakfast nice selection from eggs, bacon, toast, pastries etc the staff are amazing so kind and helpful. 15 min drive to the airport. 15 minute walk to beach and the main strip where theres lots of restaurants. Umbrella’s and sun lounges by the swimming pool. We cannot wait to come back next year

Unpleasant
Please avoid this place at all costs. We came to sun springs as a family of 5 for a week. When we first arrived the owners assured us that because there were 5 of us they had put us into a room that fits 6 people. Initially we thought this was great until we saw what we would be staying in for the week. The place was tiny with no room for 5 adult people. The pictures posted on the website do not represent the reality of the place, the pool shown in the pictures does not even exist on the property. The ‘hot tub’ is actually freezing and the bubbles last for 2 minutes before shutting off again. We paid nearly 3 grand for a ‘superior suite’ which was actually a 60 square meter apartment which the owners told us we booked after complaining to them. I have added pictures, to highlight how small the space is. The owners attitude is appalling and they have no interest in trying to resolve any issues. Please save your money and avoid this place!!!!

Sun Spring Suites
Our stay at the Sun Spring Suites was generally very pleasant. The price-performance ratio is fair and the location is really great – Kamari Beach is quickly accessible and there are several restaurants as well as a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
The attentive and friendly staff as well as the daily room cleaning are worth highlighting. Fresh towels were provided every three days. In addition, there was air conditioning in every room, which is definitely a big plus given the temperatures on Santorini.
The breakfast was perfectly fine for the price and offered a good selection: Toast, cheese, ham, egg dishes and boiled eggs, sausages, coffee, tea, orange juice, multivitamin juice, and water. In addition, there were sweet pastries, butter, honey, jam, chocolate spread, as well as fruit and vegetables.
Some things could, however, still be improved. The toilet seat was crooked and the freezer compartment was heavily iced over and therefore unfortunately unusable. Some kitchen utensils were also covered in rust. For accommodation for five people, two key cards would also be much more practical.
The showers are very small and have no door, which means a corresponding amount of water gets into the bathroom while showering. The beds and mattresses were also very hard for our taste – unfortunately, the individual springs could be clearly felt, which impaired the sleeping comfort.
Another point is the lack of quiet at night. It was sometimes very loud, so unfortunately one could not always sleep undisturbed at night.
Overall, we were still satisfied and would basically recommend the accommodation due to the good location, the fair price, the air conditioning in all rooms, and the diligent staff. With a few improvements – especially regarding sleeping comfort, amenities, and quiet at night – the stay could be even more pleasant.
