Very good in a quiet area

Staying at Lefteris Houses was a real joy. We had a great time in this nice apartments with very friendly hosts. Located in a quiet side street, it only needed a short walk to everything we needed. As we stayed there over the weekend it was very pleasant to have Lefteris and his family sitting next to us and enjoying their breakfast and a chat.
The apartments are very clean, spacious (we had a 2 bedroom apartment) and well equipped with everything you need if you want to cater for yourself. Lefteris also arranged transport for us to the port and nothing asked was too much. If we come back to Santorini we know we will stay at Lefteris Houses again.

A nice place to stay

This place is perfect to visit Santorini: we stayed here for four days and our apartment had everything we could need. It was large, clean and well furnished, with a nice terrace, a living room, a kitchen, a tiny bathroom and a beautiful bedroom. The housekeeper was very helpful: she cleaned the apartment, washed the dirty dishes and changed the towels everyday. The position is strategic to visit the entire island, but I suggest a car or a scooter to move around: there is a large parking lot in front of the hotel.
When we left, they even gave us a present from Santorini: so nice!
The price was very competitive for what they offered us.
Definitely recommended!!!

An apartment and hotel rolled into one

We had a fantastic stay at Lefteris Houses and couldn't have asked for more. The accommodation is located in the centre of the island meaning no journey is longer than half an hour by car, and Fira is a 15 min walk away. There is a supermarket just up the road as well.
The apartment itself was very spacious and clean with a fully functioning kitchen. The proprietor and his wife were very friendly and helpful, they even cleaner our apartment every day, and replaced the bedsheets and towels, which was a luxury we certainly didn't expect!
We would reccommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful Accommodation

Arrived to lovely clean apartments ( 2off) for Easter with family and grandchilden. Everything you could wish for in the apartments. Good daily service. Owner could not have been more helpful. Location of property in good position to visit all parts of the island. We consider excellent value for money. A small hire car would be a great advantage, we booked two for our family at little cost per week ie €120!

The best apartments in terms of value in Santorini

This is probably one of the best places to I have stayed at in terms of value for money. The apartment is complete including washing machine with all facilities you need and spacious for a family. Its is also cleaned everyday. Some of these things most other apartment places do not have or do.
The hosts Mr and Mrs Lefteris are great people who are genuinely striving to meet the needs of their guests.
Location is excellent 5 minutes from the village bus stop, opposite is the best bakery on the island, a supermarket, and the restaurants around are good. Its also a 10-15 minute walk to Fira if you do not want to take the bus.
I highly recommend this place, you will not go wrong.
