Very good location
The hotel is in a great location 500 metres from the town. One of the best prices as well.
Marie was lovely and nothing is too much trouble
Great views to the coast on the east side with amazing sun rises
Pool is nice with plenty of chairs and umbrellas

AVOID - STOLEN CASH FROM ROOM
0/5 Stars – Avoid This Hotel
I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Anessis Hotel Santorini to book elsewhere.
During our stay, approximately €500 was stolen from our room. The only individuals who had access to the room during that period were members of the hotel’s housekeeping staff. When we reported the incident, the hotel owner and receptionist showed little concern, carried out no meaningful investigation, and accepted no responsibility for what had occurred.
What was most disappointing was not only the theft itself, but the hotel management’s complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and support. Despite reporting the loss of a significant amount of money, our concerns were dismissed and handled with indifference.
Guests should be able to feel confident that their belongings are safe in their hotel room. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If you value your security, personal possessions, and basic standards of customer service, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would never return.

The safety and security of our guests is our highest priority, which is why we took your allegation very seriously from the moment you informed us.
Immediately after your report, we reviewed our CCTV recordings covering the relevant period. The footage confirmed that no unauthorized person entered your room during the time in question. We also personally accompanied you to the local police department so that the matter could be reported to the appropriate authorities. Although we fully cooperated throughout the process, no formal complaint was ultimately filed from yourside.
We respectfully reject the implication that our housekeeping staff were responsible. Our employees have served our guests with honesty, professionalism, and integrity for many years, and we will not make accusations against any member of our team without clear evidence.
For the additional security of our guests, every room is equipped with a safe-box free of charge, specifically provided for storing cash, passports, jewelry, and other valuables. We always recommend that guests use this facility during their stay.
We also disagree with the statement that your concerns were ignored. We listened carefully, investigated immediately, reviewed all available evidence, personally assisted you by accompanying you to the police, and fully cooperated throughout the entire process. There was simply no evidence to support the allegation made against our hotel or our staff.
We appreciate all feedback, including criticism when it is fair and factual. However, we also have a responsibility to protect the reputation of our employees when serious allegations are made without supporting evidence.

Maria was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is conveniently located near to the centre. The hotel has a lovely pool area to relax at when you've had enough sightseeing.

This hotel is lovely and quiet and small but so close to busy areas restaurants and bus station. It has a beautiful pool and nice views around.
No gym or major toiletries in the room but despite this we had a pleasant stay. Super nice team working here as welll
