Escape to the best hostel in Florina (Pisoderi), in the beauty of nature!!!!

We lived a warm and welcoming Christmas this year in the hostel Eleni, near the Pissodiri Ski Resort in Florina. Ful heating and plenty of hot water, comfortable rooms and clean, large living room with fireplace traditionally furnished and rich breakfast. The most important: The hospitable owners make the guests feel at home. You will love it!!!!

Away!!!!

Unacceptable! Burned lamps, layers of 1960! There were no hangers in the bathroom! But there were some forgotten shampoos (from the well-known German market) of the previous tenants of the room! There was even their used soap with hairs on it!!! We left earlier, of course. HELOS!!!

Unique experience ... wonderful traditional space with fireplace lit ... warm atmosphere

Mrs. Elena is very helpful
Very nice breakfast, warm atmosphere and in the snow the landscape was idyllic
We arrived late in the afternoon and Mrs. Elena was willing to serve us and
Setting out how to move as it snows a lot Other
Nevertheless our access with constant snow decay was immediate and fast

bad owner behaviour

For 60 euros per night....Asked for a foot towel because there wasn't any of it and the water was splashing out of the bathtub's rectangular "thing", resulting a soaked bath floor. The answer was "we are not providing any foot towels". When I said that the bathroom is very wet the owner responded that "IT IS WHAT IT IS". Then I asked him whether HE had (or not) a bath mat in his own personal bathroom at his house and the answer was "No I don't have any!".Which I consider as a very cheap answer because everybody has a bathmat or a foot towel at their place. I told him that his behavior was not proper and he answered: "Look girl...Like Americans say: No offense!!!". Not to mention the worst: We spoke on the phone with him, a month before our arrival to the hotel and we booked with ORAL agreement for a 4 days stay but when the time came and we went to Florina, unfortunately the snow was melted and we decided to leave 1 day earlier, as we couldn't do any ski activities with no snow... So we asked for the cost of our rooms and he decided to charge us the whole amount even if we wouldn't stay the last day and even if we checked out before 12pm. Just because we had an ORAL agreement by phone. And of course NO RECEIPT!!! I was going to send him to hell but my father in law who is a decent and respectful person paid him 100 euro extra without even staying there! Just before our depart. And this awful man accepted the money! If he wanted the whole amount, he could ask for a prepayment or by credit card charge but he didn't want to cut a receipt and show the transaction. I will never go back there again!

Ζεστή και οικογενειακή ατμόσφαιρα

Ζεστή και οικογενειακή ατμόσφαιρα, η ιδιοκτήτρια μας περιποιηθηκε σαν συγγενής, το δωμάτιο πολύ καλό, το πρωινό μας κράταγε για να κάνουμε τις εξορμήσεις μας, ΔΊΠΛΑ στο χιονοδρομικό. Το πιο σημαντικό για μένα, γιατί πήγαμε τέλος Δεκεμβρίου, ήταν η θέρμανση. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ζεστός και στο δωμάτιο και στο μπάνιο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους.
Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα!
