Amazing stay - the location and hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy Sitia and its surroundings.
The host is a lovely woman who doesn't speak English but is so warm and so kind that you feel at home!
Highly recommended! Very clean and probably the best price in sitia!

Bad choice

The hotel very old and poorly kept, we stayed one night because we returned with the boat at dawn and had to stay somewhere so we didn't make a route at this time with a baby!
The bed was very dirty, the bathroom was very dirty, the air conditioner also did not work and it was very cold (especially for the baby) our hostess opened the door with a face up to the floor, the woman who was cleaning the morning was kind and smiling like the same and an elderly lady who greeted us on our departure, the only good in this hotel is in a good place if you do a boat trip and that there was warm water, all the other (0) honestly I have not disappointed so much again in my life, I will not be there again!

One night stay in Sitia

The overnight stay was for one night, to pick up the boat, the next morning.
An old hotel, very clean, with friendly staff. On the ground floor is the lobby and reception. On the floors above (there is no lift) are the rooms.
The mattress was comfortable, as were the pillows. In the bathroom, there was very hot water and moderate pressure. He had shortcomings in the room and wants a renovation, but for what I wanted, it was the best option.
They have sea views and are right across from the harbor, quiet area.
The cafes, restaurants etc are in 10-15l feet.
I would again if I was in the same phase I was. But if I was with the family, I'd rather be more centered.

AWAY FROM THE HUSSEL AND BUSSEL

This hotel served as our basecamp for 10 days in eastern Crete. Each evening we went to Zorbas for their lovely food in Sitia town which takes not more than a 15 minutes walk. One can walk along the harbour. It is a very nice stroll. The nearest super market is only ten minutes. Sitia is a very friendly small town with a small archeological museum, a local museum and an impressive fort. The hotel is situated in the most quiet part of town no noise from traffic and or aircraft. The arrival of a ferry is an impressive sight and event. All can be enjoyed from your balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.The room was nice and clean. We very much recommend this cozy place.

My honest, polite, but negative reviews keep getting rejected by this site.
I have wasted far too much of my holiday on this hotel, and urge you not to make the same mistake.
Sitia is a pretty town, in a spectacular location. Tourists don't seem to have discovered it yet, so there is plenty of alternative accommodation.
Also, as we did, you can catch a cheap flight which island-hops across to Rhodes.
