.. simply perfect ..

The Paramithi Luxury Apartments is located in Nikiti in a perfect position as it is located a short distance from both the seafront, where there are clubs, shops and numerous restaurants, and the main road where there are supermarkets and various shops.
The apartments are quite small but equipped with all the necessary comforts.
The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and shelves to place clothes and bags.
The beds and mattresses are perfect and the pillows are very comfortable.
Every day the room is cleaned, any rubbish bin is thrown away, and the sheets and towels are changed often (2/3 days).
The kitchen area is quite small but comfortable and organized (something is missing, but since I work in the kitchen I always bring what I need).
The air conditioner with two splits (one in the mezzanine bedroom and one above the entrance door) guarantees an optimal temperature in the apartment which, thanks to its size, cools quickly.
The bathroom is small in size but comfortable and well structured.
The garden is very beautiful and well-kept with sofas, tables, sunbeds and umbrellas that can be freely used by Paramithi guests, and a delightful swimming pool that is cleaned every evening.
The owners of Paramithi are very kind and super helpful, always present in the residence and attentive to the guests' needs.
Finding a flaw is very difficult indeed.
Simply perfect.

Ambiente rilassante, come stare a casa

Location rilassante a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare, appartamenti molto belli e ben rifiniti, personale veramente gentilissimo e accogliente. La posizione é inoltre strategica per raggiungere moltissime spiagge in pochi minuti di macchina, merita ampiamente le 5 stelle!

Θα μπορούσε να είναι τέλειο...

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία, με θέα, κοντά στα περισσότερα supermarket, parking και μεγάλο κήπου.. Εμείς μείναμε στον όροφο δλδ σε μεζονέτα 2 δωματίων.. Τα δωμάτια ήταν κανονικά, με χώρους για αποθήκευση και 4 άτομα μείναμε αξιοπρεπώς. Μας κόστισε 60/βραδιά σε μια σχετικά άδεια χαλκιδικη (νικητη). Το κατάλυμα θα μπορούσε να είναι τέλειο αν είχε καλύτερη σκίαση. Δεν υπάρχουν τέντες και ο πρωινός ήλιος που φωτίζει την όψη των καταλυμάτων κυριολεκτικά βράζει τον τόπο.. Υπάρχουν βέβαια 2 air-condition για αυτή την δουλειά απλά χάνετε η φυσική δροσιά.. Κάτι ακόμα που προκαλεί εντύπωση είναι ότι για 3 χρόνων ξενοδοχείο δείχνει τουλάχιστον εσωτερικά ταλαιπωρημενο... Δεν ξέρω αν φταίει η ποιότητα των υλικών που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ή η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας.. Δεν ήταν βρώμικο απλά δεν είχε την αναμενόμενη καθαριοτητα.. Λόγω covid κάναμε κάποια περάσματα με πανάκια και σε κάποια σημεία βρήκαμε σκόνη κλπ.. Το μπάνιο έχει πλαστικη συρόμενη πόρτα η οποία σε κάποια σημεία έχει πιάσει μούχλα.. Βέβαια μπορεί να συμβεί παντού σε χώρους με υγρασία... Το κατάλυμα είναι τίμιο, η οικοδεσπότης ευγενική και πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει.. Εμείς μείναμε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι και σίγουρα σε αυτές τις τιμές θα ξαναπήγαινα...
