This place was booked for us 9/19 and not available upon our arrival a day later 9/20 due to ferry cancellations. I had communicated with the agent who oversees the rental the day before and had mentioned we would arrive early morning 9/20 but our room was locked and they never said a thing. The property owners were apologetic offered us water and cookies while they got in contact with the agent

The property was just basic, good views, quiet area next to the beach. Be ready to walk or rent a car.
Initially it lacked a coffee machine, which they provided next day. But furniture, utensils and decor was just basic, not what I would expect for the price point I paid. Quite under-maintained fittings in kitchen and bathroom.
Almost daily cleaning service was good

We had a very bad experience there - they were doing construction work at the hotel while we were staying there and there was loud noise throughout the day. I called them up to let them know and they said they would get back to us. They never got back to us.

Property was nice, it was a bit of a walk away from the port more like 25 minutes with luggage. The staff were very kind, communicated the basics through WhatsApp and we enjoyed our stay but would recommend closer to the port next time
