The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central and within walking distance of the port.
The neighborhood itself isn't particularly attractive, and I must admit I was a little concerned when we first arrived. However, once we entered the room, it was a pleasant surprise—it was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable.
The breakfast was acceptable, but I believe it could be improved.

Our room had a big problem with swarming flying ants and ants infestation in our bathroom. On the very first night the swarming flying ants had piled up on the bathroom counter and bathroom ceiling. We went to reception and the lovely lady came to spray and clean the bathroom. The scent of the spray was quite bothersome, but we thought worth it because we were promised someone would come next day.
The next night we went back in and the bathroom frame was now covered in ants and we also had swarming flying ants on the shower wall. We went back to reception and requested another room, but no rooms were available (high season and understandable,) but no other compensation was offered to us either. Again the bathroom got sprayed and cleaned, which was good but again quite the scent.
On the third night, we went to reception to ask since no one had done anything to the room. We went back a bit later, and now finally someone had come to professionally poison the ants, and now the bathroom was filled with half dead carcasses. Reception lady came to clean them.
Finally on the fourth night, no ants..
Overall we felt very helpless and it seemed that the situation was not taken seriously enough. And again no compensation was offered even though this affected 3/4 nights we stayed there..
