Amazing

We cannot rate this place high enough it was a 10 out of 10. We have stayed on many island in Greece and never cease to be amazed by the level of service provided. But this was exceptional absolutely spotless. Complimentary croissants greek yogurt coffee every morning to complimentary drinks in your fridge daily. Frederick was fantastic and so helpful. A must stay in Pollonia.

Must stay in Pollonia.

A fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Pollonia.
Great location, excellent rooms and great service.plus a breakfast snack each day included.
You couldn’t ask for more!!
A special mention to Federica, at reception, who was wonderful!
She recommended some fabulous day trips and companies to use and recommended some beautiful restaurants.
She made a huge difference to our trip.

Good but not memorable either

Well-located accommodation.
Nice view from the terrace, functional.
A few small details missing to take it to the next level.
Clogged shower and lack of responsiveness from the staff to address the problem. Bicycles made available but unusable because of flat tires.
Pool yes, but small and shaded.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The pool is tiny and not in the sun, so we didn’t use it. There are some very good restaurants nearby, but that’s about it. You will need a car to get to anything, or pay 35-38 euros each direction to get anywhere. There is a bus, but it only runs about every 3 hours and you have to go to Adamas (the port), then take another bus. There is no self service laundry at the hotel or in town.

The best hotel we stayed in during our 2-week Greece trip! Located in a perfect spot in Pollonia with on-site parking, this boutique hotel boasts clean and comfortable rooms, Korres toiletries, an indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, electric bicycles to rent, fresh mini breakfast every morning, and wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome and cherished. Shout out to Federika who was so friendly and generous with her suggestions and advice. One feedback we must give for Room 11 is that the building's water pipes are occasionally audible at night and disrupted 2 nights of sleep.
