Excellent value for money

It is a very good hotel in front of the sea & near the hot spring beach. The prices are very good for the rooms. The owner & the personnel are very kind & helpful. Even in full season we had excellent price for the rooms

Dirty room

Dirty room. There was dust everywhere. The floor was dirty, the kitchen old and dirty. The breakfast is moderate, with basic products. All it deserved was homemade cheese pie and lemonade. By size the room was good. The location is very good.

Total unprofessionalism by lady owner

We called over a month ago to book a room (for myself, my mother & grandmother). We chose this accomodation because we stayed there last year. It was not the best vacation though since she transferred us from room to room every 2 days.
This year' s reservation was confirmed over the phone since she didn't want bank deposit and online booking was not an option since the room was not
Legal (not registered). The reservation was from 19/8/2017 until 31/8/2017. On 15/8/2017 she called and said that the room was not available any more since she gave it to someone else (probably asked for more money). Our only alternatives were an underground room...
This situation led to major discomfort especially for the 80 years old granma... It was very difficult to find something else on such short notice at high season.
Only professionals should be chosen... Not people that show this terrible attitude!

Not the full picture

Booked for one night.
First impressions. Reasonably clean and a warm welcome from the owner. Location is good,just a few mins from the thermal springs.
However rooms are dated and could do with an upgrade. The website pictures are flattering and not reflective of the reality. Our room on the third floor is noisy just below owners living quarters on the 4th floor.
The studio kitchenette needs gutted and modernised or taken out completely to make a sitting area. Although it looks as if the bathroom has been worked on it was and spacious and reasonably clean
No information about guest services including Wi-Fi access,plus no one about to ask.
They could provide this on check in as it is free according to the blurb.
We ordered breakfast which was delivered to the room, at which point they wanted payment for the stay-very strange.
All in all room for improvement.
