worst place i've ever been

We stayed July 2023. We were given room number 104 I think. It was fine the first week , then one night we got back and the air-conditioning was going on and off. That night and the next two days was a heatwave. So we tried to call the so called owner. He said I don't have a room available to swap. I said can you please provide a fan? As it was past midnight, he told me where do you want me to get a fan? The shops are closed! Why you didn't tell me earlier! This place has two big blocks of flats owned by the same ppl. He said he will fix it the next day. He didn't offered us a fan, didn't do much as it was a big heatwave. We had a 4 year old child with us. After we insisted he found a person 3 days later. He said he is going to replace the air-conditioning. He lied as he didn't replace it. That night we went to sleep the Aircon was making a loud noise that was preventing you from sleeping. Next day we explained that we are here for holidays and we want to get some rest, not to hear that air-conditioning going louder. He changed our room. They pay more attention how the outdoor building looks rather than the inside. No customer service, rude and misleading. Old shower in the bathrooms. Old phones on the rooms, don't understand why when you can't reach them anyway. Old furniture. They have a girl - receptionist? on the other building, that goes at 14.00 o'clock. At the end although he breached the agreement we had as we had to use the fan us and our child, he just gave us a discount of 10 euros. Overall a very disappointed place to go. They should have refunded us the money back for them 3 days. A child was put to stress because of that. Shame on you natura studios. If I get the photos I will upload them.
