Nice surprise

We have spent one week in this structure.
The apartment is beautiful and new. It is also very clean and there is a big and pleasant balcony where you can sunbath and have lunch or dinner.
The place is very strategic for enjoying Paleokastritsa and all the necessary services are close.
The owners are very kind and helpful. We highly reccomend this piace.

Fantastic place to stay

Stayed here for one week, Maria is so very helpful nothing is too much trouble. Free parking, the accommodation we stayed in was on the ground floor and had an outside terrace to sun bath, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The room had a safe and functional kitchen with tea/coffee etc. would definitely return - Debbie & Andrew

Lovely studio

Just stayed here for one night while visiting friends. We had a ground floor studio which was massive. Lovely comfy beds plus a sofa, full kitchen with all utensils and plenty of cutlery and crockery. A big bathroom with a fabulous shower. A nice balcony to the front to watch the world go by, a bright sunny patio at the back and mosquito screens on all the windows! Just a shame it was only an overnight stay. Beautiful, clean and well cared for accommodation and grounds

Beautiful Apartment - run by a wonderful family!

Stayed in the upper (room 5) one bed apartment. Recently renovated (room and the whole property) and clean to the highest standard, great quality and nice touches like a welcome pack of drinks and stuff like washing up liquid - these small touches just show an attention to detail that is rarely seen in self catering apartments. It was also exceptionally well cleaned / maintained over our two weeks by Zoe.
Fabulous newly extended balcony at the front, just perfect for late evening drinks watching the world go by!
The property is owned and ran by the truly lovely Michala-Ziniati family - we mainly dealt with Eleni the mum and Maria her daughter, but it seems the whole immediate and some extended family are involved in the business and it shows from the passion and enthusiasm they show in all aspects of hosting guests. We booked direct with them via email - definitely the best way to book.
The family also run the Marilena Apartments - 50m up the main road out of Paleo, our friends stayed there and had a superb large two bed apartment.
We used the pool facilities at the Marilena almost daily - clean and quiet - a little oasis of calm! Tip - Take a large cool bag - you can pop over the road to the Aris supermarket and stock up on snacks / drinks and bring them back poolside for the day.
Good location overall, be prepared to walk as it is at the quieter end of Paleo but has some great bars locally, Cactus, Phivos and the wonderful Acapulco alongside some brilliant taverna's, Elia, Zorba's, Flavor and Spiros - all within walking distance.
Special mention to George at Krinos coffee bar directly opposite the Ilios - great coffee's and pastries for breakfast. Also the remarkable Nikos (think that's his name?) who runs the gift shop next door to Ilios, he has some great gifts, a broad smile and is a truly kind man - you have to visit him - all I will just say is that its a great experience!
Thanks to all the family for hosting us and giving us the most relaxing 2 weeks in Paleo - not one single issue or complaint so whole-heartedly recommend the Ilios and Marilena apartments.

Great Place For a Family or a Romantic Holiday

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Ilios Studio. The owners are lovely and kind.
They helped us with everything we needed:suggestions and transfer to the airport.
The apartment is strategically located
