RECOMMENDED SPENT A LOVELY HOLIDAY
Had a wonderful stay beginning of June. Rooms were tidy and clean our view was fantastic. Spiro and kate made our holiday! Went out of their way and helped with anything we needed.
Aircon was great room was cool in 5 min. Loved the decoration and style of rooms and lobby.
Pool across the road was nice with many free sunloungers. Well kept with clear water
Also hotel is very close to great restaurants we went twice to russo and felconera. Fantastic food there highly recommended.
Kavos is a lively place and found many things to do during our holiday even at our age
Took a taxi twice to lefkimi and had a wonderful dinner by the river. Reception staff are lovely and will arrange a pick up for you. Everyone here is kind, helpful and welcoming nothing is too much hassle for them

Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend
1. There is no water in the hotel most of the time. Even when there is, we can't take a proper shower or wash our hair.
2. It's 35 degrees outside and extremely hot, but our air conditioner doesn't work in the room.
3. Music played loudly all night until 4 AM, and we couldn't sleep. The music was coming from a neighboring room through an adjoining door, and it felt like we were in a nightclub. No one stopped these people.
4. The room doesn't look like the photos at all. The pictures are misleading—the room is old and nothing like what was shown online.
5. The breakfast was awful. The cheese they served had already melted, and I have no idea how old it was.
6. The hotel's name on Booking.com is different from the actual name of the hotel. They changed the name on Booking, misleading everyone.
We paid a significant amount for this hotel, but it doesn’t match what we paid for. This is a scam.

absolutely disgusting pure filth wouldn't book here if your life depended on it the photos for the hotel are not at all what the hotel is it’s “another hotel” is the exscuse for the photos. mould dead flies and hair everywhere

Fleezzzzz lying hotel
Run away.. worst experience of my life which disgusted me with Corfu and the Greeks. Lying hotel, nothing to do with the photos. Abandoned place, old rooms and old and stained bed, full of mites. Bad curtains, old kettle, bathroom full of limestone, moldy toilet and small. Nothing but nothing matches the disgusting beach and dirty deckchair photo. Lobby and terrace non-existent, no swimming pool, old empty and disgusting swimming pool! To top it all off, there are discos stuck to your rooms, loud music to the point of making the walls shake until 5 a.m.! Breakfast supposedly at 8:30 a.m. there was nothing, no breakfast which supposedly is included! The staff is pitiful I had to call the police to get a refund but with no hope. All the good reviews are false, I am attaching the photos, this hotel must be closed!!!!

absolute catastrophe!!!
We left after 2 days. The hotel should be banned, it is dirty and dilapidated.
Everything is almost falling apart, you have to be afraid of injuring yourself.
Everything stinks of garbage and urine, nothing has been renovated as stated.
The rooms look like a cell, a small room with a bed in it, the mattresses were so hard, the floor would have been better. The shower was moldy everywhere.
Then the breakfast, if you can even call it that!
It was inhumane, just some bread and then yogurt with hair in it.
An old toaster was put there, you couldn't drink coffee because the machine was broken.
Then there was only sausage and cheese.
And scrambled eggs - they were so overcooked and disgusting they were already brown.
And then those sausages, no idea what they were. But that was the biggest joke!!
Please never go to this hotel, it's disgusting, you couldn't even use the beach properly.
In addition, this is a party place, but Ballermann is gold compared to that.
Drugs and bottles were lying around everywhere, everything was littered.
Never again!
