We arrived for a week to travel to Lefkada. This apartment house is perfect as a convenient starting point for anywhere on the island.. The place itself is very fun and we enjoyed staying there and taking advantage of the perfect pool. The owner of the place does everything to make everything perfect. We will definitely be back here.

Awful accommodation that does not live up to the photos
Villa Vitas — Very Disappointing and Massively Overpriced
⭐ 1 star — Do not be fooled by the photos
We booked Villa Vitas expecting a high-end villa experience, but in reality it felt much more like an overpriced apartment-style property, and the reality was a long way from what the photographs suggest.
The biggest issue is that the property simply does not look like the photos. The rooms are noticeably smaller than they appear online, and the whole place feels much more cramped and basic than the photographs lead you to believe. What looks spacious, luxurious and beautifully finished in the listing feels very different when you actually arrive.
For the price being charged, the lack of basic amenities is frankly astonishing.
The kitchen is ridiculously under-equipped — only three pans, no scissors, no corkscrew and no wine glasses. There was no bottled water provided, no welcome information and no useful information about the property when we arrived.
The pool rules make even less sense. Glass isn’t allowed around the pool, which is reasonable, but the property provided us with ONE plastic cup. One. For the entire party. The advertised bar was also never open, so don’t expect to be able to make use of that facility either.
The air conditioning is another major problem. It will apparently only work when every single door and window is locked. In a hot holiday destination, this is incredibly restrictive and makes using the property comfortably a challenge.
We were also given only ONE key for the entire party. This is completely impractical. The balcony door has no external handle, meaning you can potentially lock yourself outside. With only one key, the party cannot split up and go out independently without risking someone being locked out.
The bathroom is poorly designed too. The shower has no door or screen, so using it results in water spreading all over the bathroom floor. There were also strangely taped-off water pipes in every room, which looked unfinished and gave the whole property a rather temporary, poorly maintained feel.
There was a strange smell whenever the windows were kept closed, which made the requirement to keep everything shut for the air conditioning particularly unpleasant.
The location is another downside that isn’t made obvious enough. It is too far to comfortably walk to tavernas or restaurants, meaning you really need a car or taxis if you want to go out for food. For a property at this price point, that’s a significant drawback.
The owner’s attitude unfortunately made everything worse. We found the owner rude and completely unhelpful, rather than someone who was interested in resolving the issues we were experiencing.
The cleaning service every other day was one of the few positives — the maid service and turn-down were good. However, there wasn’t even a broom available if you wanted to sweep between visits, and the only cleaning supplies provided were one sponge and washing-up liquid.
Eventually, we were so unhappy with the accommodation that we left five days early. Despite leaving early, we were refused even a single day’s refund.
This property is seriously overpriced for what it actually offers. The photographs create an impression of a spacious, luxurious villa, while the reality is a much smaller, more basic apartment-style property with poor facilities, limited equipment, awkward practical arrangements and disappointing customer service.
If you’re considering booking this place, manage your expectations carefully and look very closely beyond the photographs. We certainly wouldn’t stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Excellent structure
Very beautiful and well-kept structure, new room, swimming pool always perfect, very kind owner and staff and above all just 5 minutes from Lefkada one hundred and 10/15 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches. Super affordable price. Top

Nice accommodation
We booked the maisonette for two families for 5 nights. it was comfortable. the bedroom on the second floor was nice and renovated. it wasnt cleaned properly found a few black hairs (we are all blonde).
Pool near the breakfast area is ok, the ir second pool looked newer.
Breakfast was nice, they keep refreshing it.
For family type accommodation it is good.
Near public beach and near town.
