Great stay in a clean apartment
Great accommodation, clean and with impeccable service all the days we stayed. Wonderful, panoramic view of the islands of Lefkada and the port of Nydrios. The amenities are as they are called, the room cool and spacious, the internet works perfectly (with smart tv and Netflix connection). The reception was helpful and discreet and Mrs. Peace sympathetic and willing to give that information requested!

I closed it completely by chance and I can say I was quite satisfied. Helpful staff as people and at work helped them quite a lot

You're not coming.
fairness of all. I can only say that the advertising done on Booking.com does not reflect the reality of the facts, the advertised services are non-existent and the location is perched on a completely unpaved and dark 90-degree climb at night. Steps everywhere to go to the quarters all stuck together. With zero privacy, No disabled access or "tired" people, etc.... Dark dirt parking down the street on the opposite side of the main road. Everything could be resolved accept if the prices were lower because for the services offered the cost is extremely high absolutely inadequate. Moreover, as things and people are proving to be for now, there is neither fairness nor truth. At the moment I am not expressing myself any further so as not to sin of Their own mistakes. I didn't come on vacation to feel bad, in fact, I would like to solve everything and be able to rest and enjoy Greece and I'm not a pretentious person, but honesty fairness courtesy respect good Welcoming are basic. I will be happy to help other travelers in every way.

Sleepless in San Lazzaro
The positives - well maintained building and grounds, nice big shaded balcony, super clean room and a lofty sea view.
The negatives - although this is a complex of multi rooms, San Lazzaro owns just a proportion of the building and only 2 tight parking spaces. However nothing is marked out and every day we were asked to move our hire car.
Secondly the access track is very narrow with vegetation scraping both sides of the car and has two 90 degree bends. Small hire cars only! But the worst bit is the last 20 metres or so of the track, where you are faced with an extremely steep (1 in 3?) climb. In first gear our car was scrabbling for grip and I believe if the track was wet a two wheel drive car would not be able to make it. Needless to say, if you choose to walk to the beach you need to be super fit.
Finally, and the last straw for us, was the double bed in Lazzaro Four. It had seen some action in its time and the slightest movement (let alone turning over) produced a loud groan from the loose joints in the frame. Getting out of bed at night to visit the loo, produced so much noise it invariably woke up the one that had managed to get to sleep. And as for any romantic notions - forget it! The noise from this tired old bed would wake up the whole block.
On day 5 extremely tired and disappointed, we gladly paid Easyjet another £400 to cut our planned 8 day holiday short and get home for some sleep.

Total disappointment
I visited the reception room without saying anything.The next day we were transferred to the second room, which was actually bigger but very dirty.From the start, we were put in a small room with 2 single beds and they told us that the next day we would take you to another room larger I accepted it without saying anything.The next day we were transferred to the second room, which was indeed bigger but very dirty.From when I first started, the air conditioner made an incredible noise, and the room in the room on the floor, the sunshine, the TV(20 inches) after the clothes were broken, the walls were broken, the clothes were broken, the bedroom in the bedroom on the floor, the bedroom in front of the bedroom, the bedroom in the bedroom would have a lot of money.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. To access the property, coming into Nidri, follow the road to the right where the sign points to Nydri-Vasiliki. In less than 0.3 mi, the driveway for San Lazzaro is marked by a sign. Turn right and in a few yards turn right at a smaller sign. At the end of this short, level road, turn left and accelerate up the 15% grade driveway. This is a short, bold rise to the patio and apartment of San Lazzaro's.
