Room was perfect - staff really friendly and helpful and the hotel has everything you need. Food was good and it was nice to be able to get drinks whenever.

Hotel ok
he hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly. The layout of the different facilities is a bit unusual, but you can figure it out without much trouble. The rooms are large compared to typical seaside hotels. There are four swimming pools, so everyone can find something for themselves. The air conditioning works well.
The downside is the breakfast. It is very poor with a limited selection. Lunches are rated 2/5. Dinners 3/5 – the best of the meals, as something new is served every day, but still not of the highest quality.
Another downside is the poorly sealed doors and the large number of young guests who make noise early in the morning and at night. If someone is awake and goes out, you will also wake up because the doors cannot be closed quietly. You can even hear table football games ringing at night. The bathroom smells from the sewage system, and of course toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet .
The beach is about 300 meters from the hotel. It is sandy but covered with a large number of shells and stones that your feet will not appreciate .
As for the island, the village is very poorly developed.

Perfect apart from the food
Just back after a week away with my partner everything was fine apart from the food was poor.
I've stayed at alot all inclusive over the years and it ranked as one of the worst for me and I'm not a fussy git,we did eat out most of the time because of this but can't complain as there are some great places to eat.
Apart from this I woud recommend it .

Cold and clinical without atmosphere
The hotel is a collection of buildings, where you have to find your way around, especially if you are at the very back (like us.) The whole thing is moodless, cold, clinical. Bar and restaurant staff distant, not really friendly (with a few exceptions). You can't get in touch with it, let alone have a conversation with it. For a 4 star hotel, the restaurant is very mediocre, both in quality and choice. Zakynthos is a beautiful island but at the White Olive they never see me again.

Awful! Avoid
Not overly family friendly. Food is absolutely awful! Would not recommend!!! I don’t know how this has 4 stars!
