EXCELLENT FACILITY

The facility is located in the most characteristic area of the city, just a few steps from the Venetian port and on a street rich with small shops and typical taverns.
Ioannis welcomed us with his friendliness and kindness, immediately providing us with a room equipped with every comfort, including a minibar with drinks, fruit juices, and fresh fruit. Everything needed for a good coffee is also available, including pastries. Our room was very spacious and soundproofed, with adjustable air conditioning according to our needs.
Excellent in every respect!

Nice discovery

Cozy rooms, clean and spacious.
It is located in the heart of chania, under locals and typical shops however at night no noise seemed to be there.

Rooms equipped with fridge, free beer, water, wine, also present toast with jam and croissants

Nice place in the middle of Chania

Super location in the middle of town. Nem chek in. A little candy in the room and in the fridge. Nice beds. Nice view. Lovely large rooms. The room restored with respect to the original building. We felt very welcome. I'd love to come back.

Perfect location and excellent service

Ioannis is the most serviceminded host you can wish for. Allways a smile and makes your stay smooth and comfortable.
The room are clean and have lots of space.
Close to harbour and shops. Cozy location in the old town.
For us, a perfect location.
Good value for the money.

Really super!

Truly incredible host: a simple person, prepared and really very clear in the (thousand) explanations of the room and the most interesting locations. The room is very well distributed (we were on the first floor), very well thought out in design and really comfortable.
The only recommended improvement is to review the bathrooms. The room has always been found clean. The location is really super for visiting Chania thanks to a residential area full of places to park and 150-200 meters from the historic marina.
