From the quick and friendly check-in ( which included free cocktails) to the beautiful room and grounds (pool is awesome!), this hotel was fantastic in every way, including a phenomenal location, a 3-minute walk to the Old City and the port, which was humming w action and so much to do! THEODORA ( sp?) was particularly helpful, and we even got a late check-out as soon as we asked; all in all, a fantastic stay; highly recommended!

Great central location to downtown Xania. The staff though is what made it excellent. I wish I could list them all by name! If you go, engage the staff. They will give you recommendations for some unique experiences besides the beaches and souvenir stores. Thank you all!
P.S. There is a killer hole-in-the-wall, mom and pop type of gyro stand across the street. They make them right, unlike the some of the attempts in the USA.

A lovely hotel
Staff - were so nice and extremely helpful, taking time to speak to you and offering advice on where to go, restaurants to visit…..
Food - we had a lovely breakfast every morning and catered for every taste and diets
Amenities - the swimming pool was well maintained, clean with great seating areas with sun beds
Room - cleaned every day and was spotless, walk in shower , balcony, coffee machine, everything you want basically

What to say ?

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times on business trips - impeccable. I’m considering going back on a holiday trip because I know that the hotel is good and the food is great. That said, what really makes a hotel is the staff; the team are exceptional from front desk to housekeeping, from the bar and restaurant to the help that you get to park. Can’t fault it, I’m trying to find a way to visit again

Clean and modern hotel and excellent location, a couple minutes walk from the old town streets and harbour area. Friendly staff and small pool area which was hard to find in close vicinity to the old town.
Only minor detractor was lack of bar service at the pool.
