Very spacious living area. It's like an apartment rather than a room. On 3rd floor, so if you have mobility issues, it's not for you.

The apartment was nice, just the bathroom was pretty small. The view from the roof was nice. The only downside was a parking. We got the map but the parking lots on the map did not appear safe so we had to look for our own parking for an overnight

BEWARE! This is the worst lie ever. It has nothing to do with the pictures or the description. 1) There is no parking. 2) In order to get to your room, you have to walk a quarter of a mile to the reception to receive a key. 3) Once inside the building, the first floor is 50+ steps up. 4) Inside the room, it’s old, dirty, and NO VIEW AT ALL. It looks over the rooftop of buildings. 5) People working there are rude. 6) When asked for help with the luggage when checking out, we were told there’s only one receptionist so they can’t.
I highly doubt that the good reviews are real. Book at your own risk!

Only the sunset is saved

Hotel not recommended for families for various reasons:
- there is no parking, the structure does not provide one, at Welcoming no one told us, and in general we took even more than 30 minutes to find parking space and return to the hotel every day at each exit (around only parking for residents)
- a similar structure, should provide a parking service even at extra cost
- Elia Estia has no elevator, it goes without saying that elderly and children go into difficulty
- noises, bad smells all day and night loud music
- Welcoming Service 0, I receptionist who welcomed us did not give us much info, nor did he accompany us to the room, indeed he left us down with suitcases, stroller and a baby sleeping in his arms
- the kitchen is not suitable for preparing more complete meals
- mini fridge
- uncomfortable bed
Positive aspects: Maid Service every day with linen change and spectacular views.
Perhaps the worst aspect was the absence of parking, which in my opinion must be communicated first.

Fantastic location. Great view from the balcony. Hotel staff was very friendly and very responsive to questions. Overall a great experience!
