DO NOT GO THERE. Appaling...

We stayed in a room of 190Euro per night on the second floor on Saturday night. The music from the club below was very good till 2 am and at 6.30am they started moving furniture on the 1st floor (bar -breakfast area) which caused enormous noise and the floor was trembling. Not good for a 'soundproof room'. I called reception and complained at 7am but the noise did continue. Then they had exams ceded and the exam reception was set outside our room. Literally we paid 190 Euro to have zero sleep on A Saturday to Sunday morning. DO NOT GO THERE. Appaling...

A good stay

We stayed for three nights and it was pretty good. It has a very nice view of the hotel and the balconies had a table to sit. Comfortable beds and very clean the room.
The fridge made a little noise only and the closet was not that good.
The staff was excellent!
But the price could have been a little lower.

Worth the view, to be improved internally

It deserves the view and the location. Nothing to say. Exceptional sea views from all floors. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Externally new or renovated, internally it is firm to a classic taste if not antiquated. Could improve internally mainly in the bathroom, we are not there
Price in my opinion excessive but you pay the position

Very well located in a beautiful area we’d never heard of.

Our planned trip to Tinos was cancelled due to high winds & ferry cancellations, so opted to spend 3 nights here. About a 75min comfortable train trip from Athens. Hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from Chalcis Station.
We had a seafront room ( 413 ). Basic room, but spacious, clean, good air conditioning with a small balcony and beautiful views of the harbour. A very good buffet breakfast was included in our tariff. The hotel has a restaurant, however we opted to eat in one of the many dining options along the waterfront. Staff at this hotel spoke English and were very friendly & helpful.
We had never heard of or considered going to Chalcis or the Evoia area of Greece. What a pleasant surprise and what a delightful area to visit & stay. Lots to see & do. The Lucy Hotel is a great base to explore from….great location just over the old draw bridge right on the waterfront.
Seems like it’s also a very popular holiday spot for Greeks. Unlike the islands, lots of Greek families here.
We will be back for sure, next time we visit Greece.
