Date next year

I don't understand why there are so many negative comments about this particular hotel. The rooms are very clean, they have very good quality furniture and the mattress is very good and comfortable. There was always hot water in the bath with excellent pressure for August in Halkidiki. The breakfast is adequate and every day has a different meal. The service is impeccable, all the staff are really kind, friendly and willing to serve. The only negatives I would add are the stairs at the entrance which make it difficult if there is a baby carriage. If we go to Kallikrateia again next year, it will definitely be one of our first choices.

Clean, charming hotel near the beach

It's a small but spotless clean hotel with very friendly owner and staff. We were there last year and this summer again because we are very pleased with rooms and because is very close to the beach and center of Nea Kalikratia. Wii-fii is good, rooms are very clean and they changed sheets every three days, everything is really clean. Only (but not big and it is very subjective) objection is for the breakfast which is everyday the same (very modest) with some (and only) warm domestic food. We are missing normal bread because there is only sweet bread and not always fresh buns. But everything else is so good that we warmly recommended this hotel for couples and for family.

Nice rooms, close to the airport

It was my night after a month on the road and I wanted to get out of the city and closer to the airport.
We were headed south from Thessaloniki and were clueless where to stay. We pulled off the highway and flagged down the first care we saw and the lady was kind enough to take us there.
The rooms are nice and clean, but keep the window screens close since there are mosquitos nearby!
Breakfast is included and the selection is quite adequate, including fresh fruit and Greek coffee!

Nice, family hotel

Nice, family hotel, really close to the beach (5 min) and also close to the centre (5 min). Very, very nice staff, very helpful. Hotel is very clean. We have a nice room for 3 of us and really very big balcony. Wii-fii was not so nice but they tray to fix it. Two things are distrubing us: our air condition has a drain in the bucket which was on our balcony so we must to throw the wather every our and there is no curtain in the bathroom shower. However there are two small things that was not spoiled our vacation in this hotel and in Nea Kallikratia.

A clean family run gem near the beach

Stayed for 2 weeks in August and found this hotel to be everything you need for a relaxing holiday in a small Greek town 100m from a sandy beach. A 5 minute walk takes you to a good selection of restaurants with typical Greek dishes and fresh fish on offer.
Staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, it is clean and breakfast is more than adequate trying to meet the needs of a varied clientele; Eastern European, Italian, German, and the odd English visitor. If you want to get away from the usual holiday crowd this is the place. In two weeks we only encountered about 2 other English groups. Don't let this put you off as English is spoken widely. Only downside is showers could do with updating. There is wi-fi throughout hotel which is adequate but patchy in areas. Air conditioning is included unlike some similar Greek establishments and there is secure storage at reception, manned 24 hours. For us this was a replacement hotel and resort due to "Low Cost" demise but one we would return to. It is not your full on holiday resort but there are things to do in the surrounding area and it is a lovely place to relax and recharge.
