Great stay!

Beautifully located hotel, large garden with many fruit trees and many sitting areas, very spacious room with plenty of storage space, good WiFi, TV, fridge with small freezer, parking nearby, and a nice 1.5 km walk to the sea with many taverns, breakfast was great, and super friendly helpful owners, highly recommended!!

Not really bad......

The hotel looks very good. Rooms are clean and the place is good for children. Pity the hotel is located about 1.5 km out of the centre so you always need your car. Wifi is prommissed but like many things in Greece there is a big diference between prommisse and do........ So, forget wifi 23 hours a day. Beds are awfull. Typical hotel problem: wrong matrass dor the underlayers that are used. These matrasses are for box-spring. Not for wooden underlayers. Staff very friendly. Parking is free and no problem.

Great little find and just far enough away from the main K.N. area

We chose this hotel as it was away from the main beach/hustle and bustle area of Kala Nera. The room was very clean, and the bathroom even had a proper shower cubicle which was a rarity in Greece during our travels.
Hotel staff, whilst not being the most fluent in English, were very pleasant and friendly.
Breakfast, of the standard continental type of cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit (etc) was fresh and plentiful but also available until 1030 if you did not fancy getting up too early!
The walk to the beach/town area was probably about a 15 minute walk - partly on a track for about 200 metres (unlit at night) but then on a small road (which was lit) and too be honest the peace an tranquility of the hotel was enhanced by this distance. (Note that there is a fully lit walk along a small road if you walk along the main road for about 100m).
They also offer a limited bar and snack service although this is not available all day - just ask the hotel owners as they seem most obliging.
Wi-Fi is also available in and around the main breakfast area.

A very positive experience

We chose the place based on reviews on booking.com and it was a rather good deal. On arrival, the owner was very courtous and helpful, preparing our room within a few minutes (we arrived early), carrying our luggage upstairs and offering us a welcome drink.
Although the room was small, it was well-designed and had a modern bathroom. The balcony was rather spacious and has a nice view over the well-kept grounds. Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent, the best we had in Greece, offering homemade jams, omelet, greek yoghurt, cake and cookies, and fresh fruit. He recommended good restaurants in town and beaches (in Afissa, as alternative to the Kala Nera Beach). Just around the corner (on the main road) is a good fruit stand.
Very good value for money, the only caveat is that it is a 10-15 min walk to town, which we didn't mind.

Έχει ό,τι χρειάζεσαι..

Σε πολύ όμορφο σημείο, μέσα στη φύση, και με άμεση πρόσβαση στον κεντρικό δρόμο, διευκολύνοντας τις μετακινήσεις.
Καθαρό (καθαρίζουν καθημερινά), και με πολύ πρόθυμο προσωπικό. Έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ για τους επισκέπτες.
Το πρωινό, χωρίς να είναι κάτι πιστεύω ιδιαίτερο, χαρακτηρίζεται αρκετά καλό και με ποικιλία.
Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και ακούραστος.
Εάν ξαναβρεθώ στη Μαγνησία, θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα..
