TRANQUILITY
We have been visiting the amenities for a decade and we will always going back every summer. 10 min walk from Mylopotas beach mini market, boutiques, clubs and taverns. 5 min drive to downtown.
Extremely clean and neat even outside . They have nice gardens and it’s very quiet and tranquil. We sleep so good there !!!!!
Combines Aegean beauty and Cycladic Mountain View and you can see the sun hiding behind the mountains while you hear the wind’s whistling .
Very nice and clean pool with spectacular view to turquoise Agean waters next to the reception area.
The owners is very generous . She will make you coffee and makes pastries occasionally .
The stuff keeps the rooms very clean and they are very nice . The kitchen is very convenient and you cook and eat at your balcony which is very romantic as well if you prefer.
All rooms are renovated . I actually prefer to rent one of the older ones because it’s retro style :) if you want to book you have to book this summer for the next one maybe … depends . Have fun in the sun ☀️

Very nice, quiet hotel.
Beautiful pool and terraces.
Nice staff, perfect transfer.
We had forgotten our wallet at the hotel when we left by ferry, after a call at the reception, the driver brought them to us nicely and very quickly at the pier... we were able to take the ferry
Thanks again for the efficiency of the whole team.

Disappointing
Good Points - The pool and beds around the pool were amazing. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very peaceful. We liked that we were picked up and dropped off at the port. The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday which was very thoughtful.
Bad Points Room 7 - The decor was very dated. Not enough cutlery or crockery for 2 people. We had to ask for a cereal bowl, a dessert spoon, teaspoon, blanket/coverlet. The one dessert spoon in the room had a broken handle. The glasses were a mixture of mainly small glasses. The bed/mattress was very uncomfortable and well past its use. You rolled into middle of mattress when turning over, the springs were noisy. The fridge appeared faulty and was frozen right through the back panel and solid in the small freezer section. The Airconditioning unit was very noisy and in our opinion needed regassing. We needed batteries to work the remote of aircon/tv. There was a yapping dog in the room behind us when it clearly states no pets allowed. The nearest mini market was poorly stocked and very expensive. We had to take a bus into IOS Town to buy basics (water, milk, etc) as soon as we arrived. The walk from the Ostria Village to the beach, mini market, restaurants was hard going in the heat. It would have been useful to have a map of the island and a bus timetable in the room. Host preferred serving and talking to the locals. They even offered coffee and water free of charge to them and completely ignored us and a German couple!!

It is not what you see and this k!
We booked via booking a big studio on two floors that from the pics looked new, nice and clean, with a little jacuzzi as bathtub, paid one month in advance, to then end up in an old studio, small, one floor and with embarrassing bathtub, dirty, no shower and where not even my 6 years old daughter can fit. When I complained with the host, she said the studio I have booked and bought on booking was for 5 and not 4 as we were! Incredible as if I have to occupy all the bad available, as if I did not paid for that bigger apartment. Regarding to the bathtub dirty she said it was a problem amid the current seasons so there was nothing to do at the moment then keeping it dirty! This is a con. You cannot advert something, sell it and then give something completely different! She refuses to booking to give the money back, she put again for the room on sale in booking using the same pics of the nice studio and resold it in one day, obtaining the double amount. Sad story, we had to find a new accommodation and pay for it. So unfair

Great Place
Amazing! This place was so good. The people running it were so friendly and happy to accommodate any needs. They offered free coffee, water & pick up from the port. The room was super clean and spacious. Great value for money. The pool was super nice and clean.
