Small but important details

We went in July with my family for 3 nights. The room was spacious very clean with daily towel change. Very comfortable layers inside seemed maybe and recently renovated. The guesthouse is built in monastic style. This makes the rooms very dark. That was a major minus for me. It had only one small window and because I saw it all from the outside, so it's all. They don't have a standalone balcony or something like that the lower rooms that were ours were directly in front of a large square and up onto a shared balcony. One fact that made me unhappy is that I made a reservation five months ago and we put weight in room 7 which was under the ladder extra dark and as you will see in the photos the small bathroom is more restricted because it is under the ladder. If you may request that you do not have room 7. Parking was in front of the room and the day was enough. But...the complex operates a very good bar-café I will come back with another review of kindergarten and restaurants open all over the world. This has 2 consequences. Enough noise from the coffee bar until late and if you go out in the evening you may find it difficult to park in front though there is plenty of space on the street. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety in a hall with excellent views of the lake. One problem, however, is the accessibility for people with difficulties as they are on a floor that you climb with stairs. It left mixed impressions. And I'd be close to 3. But the amazing polite and at the same time discreet staff makes me put a bonus a degree. Excellent Mr. George in the morning and the girl at the reception who unfortunately did not contain her name.

Childspot for crying

It is unacceptable in such a large area of a child's land that there is no surveillance from the girls who wander with whispers in the place and all they do is gossip the parents!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Dangerous inflatable games, in which little children literally walk without the parent can find a way out to save them!!

Our trip was unexpectedly interrupted by a serious car accident. I contacted the hotel five days before our scheduled arrival, hoping they would consider the exceptional circumstances.
Every other hotel we had booked showed some flexibility by offering either a full or partial refund. This hotel first claimed the decision depended on Booking.com, then offered a future credit of little practical value, and finally responded with what felt like template messages rather than genuine customer service.
With five days' notice during peak season, I believe there was a reasonable opportunity to resell the room.
I understand that every business has the right to enforce its cancellation policy. However, a hotel's high rating should reflect not only its rooms, but also how it treats people when something completely beyond their control happens. Based on this experience, I simply don't understand such a high rating. Unfortunately, I found no flexibility, empathy, or real customer care.

Don't go. It's dirty and rude staff.

Very bad hotel. We stayed 3 nights d there was cleaning the dirty sheets used by the previous ones. They were only ironed. Unacceptable for the money we paid. The bathroom was dirty and smelled like mold. There were enough shampoos and those they had were half-finished. D I definitely recommend

Unacceptable place

Unacceptable behavior of staff. We went for a coffee at their place with a little maltese that was in our arms.
We were thrown out in front of the world because we had our puppy together.
Epidemiologically, the place manager at the cafe pointed my finger at the door because I had my puppy. He ran me in front of a crowded store.
Shame and disgrace. You don't know from manners and respect. Not accepting animals is your right to "fly" in such an inhumane way customers who just came to leave you their nice money that without it would be your homes is unacceptable
Respect for animals 'ma'i' is education.. but it's probably high letters for you...
Conclusion: those who have little friends with you don't go will throw you out in a tragic and offensive way!
