The hotel refused to refund or change my dates even though,I have informed I made a silly mistake while I was reserving the room.They even did not offer to cancel the wrong dates and promise a room for any date in future! Hotels are a part of service and hospitality industry,I felt taken advantage of! They didn’t have any interest in solving my problem.Please take all this in to consideration while booking with these guys!

We had one night in Heraklion. This hotel was just perfect for us. Very close to the center of the Heraklion. Just for a few minutes, you have so many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious for family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful with ocean and islands. Breakfast buffet was excellent with so many choices. Highly recommend.

Atrion was an excellent location for us!!
We found the staff to be overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, from the Front Desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained and was very comfortable. Importantly, there were several power outlets as well. The safe was newer and was very easy to operate.
I would gladly return and have no hesitation in recommending it highly.
A huge “Thank You” to all the staff at Hotel Atrion!!
