Location! Views! Value! Loved it!

Syros, what a beautiful and should not be missed!
We wanted an apartment that was good value as we were island hopping for two weeks. We booked this apartment for two nights as we liked the small kitchen and the balcony.
Lovely Dina showed us to our room (136) , it is a one bedroom apartment, small kitchenette and a sea view. It was perfect for our needs. Then there is the rooftop terrace for all the rooms to share which was a bonus! (Plus, nobody was booked in, so it was all ours!)
The location is perfect, 5 minutes to walk into the centre and harbour.
The views are spectacular! You can walk 5 minutes down to the beach which is great for swimming! There is a cafe a little further on and a restaurant on the hillside!
We loved it!
Yes, it's basic, it was clean, good water pressure, great wifi, but it's an old property, it's Greece, it was a good price, embrace it!
There is a bus stop outside, the small local bus is free!! the city bus for further afield has a small charge, both regular.
We would definitely stay here again!
This island is now our favourite.

The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. The rooms need some improvements, but overall, my stay was enjoyable.

This place is a bit wonky--family-owned and operated, old-fashioned facility. Do you like having a garden with cats and a room with character but perhaps not all the amenities? You'll like this. The location, beach-wise, was great. My two adult kids stayed in this room. It took them a while to figure out how some things worked. But the price was right, the owner/operator was delightful, and they ended up very happy with it.

Traditional unique property on top of cliff overlooking city and port, sensational view over turquoise sea where swimming possible from rocks or platform. Used balcony daily for breakfast and evening drinks. Dina and Maria very helpful and friendly and wonderful week, thank you.
