Perfect holiday destination
We had the most wonderful time at Kalimera Mare. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was beautiful traditional Greek cuisine. The room was spacious and was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool was relaxing and we always managed to get a sun bed. The beach was less than a five minute walk away and there was always beds available there too. The shop is less than ten minutes away and Kardamena is only a bus ride away. We will most definitely return! If you’re looking for a restful break this place is definitely worth booking.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The restaurant offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting.

Stay to remember
For the second consecutive year, we stayed for 2 weeks with half board at this excellent facility located right by the equipped beach. The location is central to the island of Kos and allows access to all the beaches and areas to visit on the island with minimal travel. The cuisine is excellent, typically Greek but also with a broad international flair. The standard rooms are of a higher level compared to a normal 3-star! Many of these have direct access to a quiet pool. The staff is excellent and so friendly that it always makes you feel at home. We would highly recommend it. Vania and Stefano - Italy.

A perfect holiday
What a little gem! This is rated 3* but deserves so much more. Firstly the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Panos the barman can't do enough for you, I hope he is well paid as he is too good to lose. He works so hard, brings you drinks to the beach and the pool. He made us so welcome. Receptionists are so welcoming and helpful.
Secondly the food is excellent. We stayed half board and we are so glad we did. So much to choose from at breakfast. After breakfast you choose your main course for dinner and it is freshly cooked for you. Swordfish, salmon, moussaka, prawns, all delicious. You have your choice of salads and starters and then deserts. All good quality.
As it is a smallish hotel there is no queuing. Very civilized and quiet.
Bus stop is outside the hotel to catch into Kardemena for 2 euros.
A quiet location but only a short journey to Kardemena.
Private beach and sun beds.
Lovely pool.
Very nice rooms and huge beds.
Fabulous Greek night.
