Absolutely recommendable

You feel like home. The hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly and helpful. The rooms are adequate and well equipped. Breakfast a dream of delicious stuff.

Never again!!

The fact that they rent rooms and have not done maintenance in the air conditioners is the least unacceptable!!!!!
And the worst of all not an apology!!!

I wasn't satisfied with the room

Not very clean room. Too old air conditioner (I doubt they do maintenance) that made noise. The room is not value for money. Very poor breakfast. In general I would never stay worthless for his money.

Fairouz And The Smiling Faces Of Kythira

Music has the power to inspire, motivate, and heal. When this same music is accompanied by the Angelic voice of Fairouz (The Lebanese famous singer), it adds to this power a touch of 'magic' as its effect can not be rationalized. For this reason, we should simply let it be! And we should 'travel' with it to beautiful 'destinations' which equally possess this same power and have this same 'magical' effect on us. One of these beautiful destinations is the Greek Island of Kythira.
In Kythira, the authentic beauty of nature, combined with the cheerful smiles of its people, creates a 'symphony' that is 'orchestrated' by the same elements that 'compose' it in the first place. These are the stunningly beautiful landscape and smiling and welcoming faces of the locals, which act as the 'happy notes' that 'inspire' and 'motivate' the visitors to appreciate even more the beauty and the shining Greek sun that makes the uncoperable beaches look even more attractive.
These same smilling faces were the main reasons that made me feel at home during my stay at this simple yet very pleasant and friendly hotel, Venardos.
The friendly staff who were also really diverse in terms of their cultural backgrounds added to the 'colorful' atmosphere of this beautiful hotel and place.
A big thank you to Manolis and his Team for their warm hospitality and their smiling and cheerful faces!
Highly recommended for authentic beauty seekers of all kinds!

Greek Hospitality as its best!

A good choice for families, very good breakfast, nice view, walking distance from beach and cafes/restaurants. Top of the top: the hospitality of the owners and their nice little gestures that have made our stay unforgettable!!! Not to forget the "Greek Donuts (Loukoumades)" served exceptionally on a Sunday breakfast!
