A charming and great place to stay

Someone's put a lot of heart into this place, and it shows. The hotel is very charming, with spacious, clean and colorful rooms. It feels like a more genuine experience compared to many of the larger hotel chains. Breakfast, which was served at the bistro, was really good too. We were provided earplugs, but didn't need them, as the rooms were quiet at night. The staff was friendly and polite. The neighbourhood is up and coming with lots of little cafés and bars and the hotel is in walking distance from a lot of sights, such as the Acropolis and the agora. All in all: a great place to stay!

This was the perfect location in Athens for my wife and I. It’s walking distance from all the restaurants and shops near the Acropolis, but it’s also tucked away in a less busy neighbourhood. The room was well appointed and very clean, and the Neratzia Cafe at ground level is excellent. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great property!. Very convinient to restaurants and key historical locations, all walkable. Management was very helpful from start through finish.

That extra personal touch

We were staying in a air bnb in Koukaki that was super dirty and run down, but decided to deal with it as we were hardly there, until the power went out and we had no help at all from the owner or property manager. We rang around to get alternative accommodation around 7pm at night. Neratzia had availablity but one room for one night and another room for the second night. The girls working the bar were super lovely and helpful and the owners Yannis and Bistrot personally came to the rooms to help us carry our bags on both days. The rooms themselves were super clean, bright and airy and funky. It's in a great location and it ended our trip in Athens on a positive.

Wonderful place in Athens

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful restaurant and lovely apartment. So clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. This area of Athens is full of great bars,restaurants and ice cream parlours. Highly recommend
